GoPro Hero11 Mini Hyperview One Pack + Stick Cam / FPV Freestyle

- First flights with the new GoPro Hero11 Mini, thought I would give HyperView a try. It's feels less distorted than the Action 2's Ultra-wide but it still warps the image in a weird way for certain movements like yaw so I think I'll still stick to SuperView for most flight edits. I do like the way HyperView looks when used for cropped vertical video so I'll probably run a few packs per session with it just for that. Let me know what you think!

Very difficult to get some info about piratframes gears...Im trying to understand what camera gopro angle have to be on the hook v2 to not have props in view when is used superview with a full gopro like the 11mini

killing it, is the weight alot better? i really want to put the action 2 down but man i just cant get the tune or feel i want with anything heavier.
It's better than the 9/10/11 but about the same as a Hero7, I forget the final weight with the tabs pulled off.
@@PDEVX have you ever flown the action 2? My mini will be here tomorrow, I've been flying the action 2 for a while now and it's spoiled me but I do miss my gopro quality. The 8 was the last hero I was really happy with and it was still a tad heavy.
I haven't but ATek flies one and he says the same thing, the weight savings is huge. I don't really mind the extra weight.
I'm not very good at tuning and I also used hypersmooth on gopros and have developed into a pretty damn smooth unstabilized ripper. But I throw the hero 10 on there and it acts up lol. I actually try an mimick your style, I'm a Matty master now myself a year in. Check me out sometime 🙃

was crossfire actually, I think I had a 4in1 plug loose and it was losing power on hard flick rolls/flips... irritating and scary.

I started all thumbs and early on noticed my right hand would get shakey so I added the finger for stability and have just done it ever since. It's more thumb plus index finger than pinch.

No stabilization for freestyle, I think the other guy was just confused but I liked the comment anyway.
Based on the absence of videos both on your channel PDEVX and others, I gues the Golden Era of 5 inch Freestyle videos and productions is almost over. Or maybe it's just winter in America?

I've had a few freezes so far but doesn't seem much worse than other GoPros.
