Yes, the dogs are around people around food around everything and they are happy!! Whats the problema with you? It's worst that in Europe USA the dogs are kissed in their mouth and sleep with their másters in the same bed and not always have it's vaccination up to date!! In Bolivia a Veterinarian is afordanle OR Free!!

If you have money go to supermarkets and there are very expensive ones where you won't see dogs or where everything is perfect! But if you don't have money go to markets and every markets is not the same, some are better than others but, all the food is organic!!! Instead in developed countries everything you eat has mortal chemicals and the food they serve you don't know what bands touched it, nor if veggies were properly washed and you pay a lot plus tips and get fatter and fatter and full of cholesterol and also people gets infections as hepatitis! So both worlds, like people in this video and people that did the video and shows the worst and must be from a developed rich country, RUN THE SAME RISKS AND DEVELOPED COUNTRIES MAYBE WORST BECAUSE ,THE MAYORITY HAS HEALTH ISSUES OF SO MUCH PESTICIDES IN THEIR FOOD AND ORGANIC FOOD IS EXPENSIVE!!! INSTEAD IN BOLIVIA EVERYTHING IS ORGANIC NATURAL!! Dogs are allowed at Cotsco too! Dogs kiss their owners in the mouth in developed counties and dogs sleep with people in developed countries so?? Why so much mal intentioned criticism with that Bolivian market?? Why did you go there then?? Go to INDIA there not even toilet paper is used and their left hand is their toilet paper I read! Go to some Asian country people poops in public. SO??
