Berkano buff idea: Spawns 2 of each locust, 2 flies, 2 spiders. Spawn 1 spider and fly at start of every combat room this floor Just makes it a good chunk stronger.
Algiz will always be the one in my heart. Yeah, rerolls are great and so are crawl spaces and item duping but you really gotta think for a moment how much you can do with a shield that lasts that long, even with mid items you can depend on most bosses with this (but probably not delirium and hush save it for the final 10%)
I had a runebag on the lost in the void with mom's knife, I managed to get an Algiz rune, so I dropped it in the boss room and used dead cat to get out so I could farm rooms for another Algiz, finally got a 2nd one on the final possible room to clear and super-cheesed the boss with 60 seconds of invincibility.

do what I do, just unlock everything but stuff you don't like, that's how I always get pethro or jera
