oh my.. ive been following you on instagram and glad to found this video. so thats what its looks like at the studio. what a nice collections. kudos to the team. suggestions : maybe you can also open a beginner class online so people who are not in korea (like me), can also join the class to learn.
Always Great to see Seoya Hooya in your videos. What an Awesome Studio, a dream work space . So well thought out . I also love the way you end your Video's ,so much fun .
I love these studio tours. There's no videos of this like on English RUclips, and it's great to see the environment such amazing works come out of, along with those who model them.
Man I seriously wish we had stuff like this in the states! Thanks for the tour and it’s always a pleasure seeing Seoya Hooya on your channel. He seems like a down to earth, genuine guy.
It's sad that leji passed away earlier this year but it nice to see his work still loved by many in model kit form. These studio walk throws are always so cool to see and look at all the cool models and statues on display
Wow such amazing behind the scenes of a Gunpla Studio, the owner mr Seoya Hooya seems to be a great artist and a good teacher, you can see how much he is passionate about models. as always amazing video !!
Awesome tour! I'm a W40K guy and it was really interesting getting a closer look at a Gunpla artist's studio. Any chance I could get the name of the dark red paint used on the model shown at 5:39?
Really impressive ❤ ! You guys inspire to continue and keep trying new things ! I still have so much to learn 😢. Once my korean gets better I might try it ahahah
Those builds are amazing and the studio is awesome. Someday, I'll have my own studio and display area, not gonna be as huge but enough to share with others. Great video, now I wanna build more kits. And of course some bits of food.
This is sooooo cool, I feel like every major Metropolitan Area in the States could use one of these! At least in SoCal, Selfishly. 😅 Way to go though guys! We have something to aspire to!
I really need to try this. I've been doing gunpla since 2000, but I've been doing warhammer since 1997 and it's my first true hobby. I've stopped gunpla on occassion, cause I ran out of kits to build and I always have other things to work on, I think I actually didn't build any gunpla for about 12 years, I only resumed gunpla building back in 2022, meanwhile I was doing warhammer, that just truly stops, with gunpla though what happens is: I basically buy the entire series in 1/144 usually and then I'm done, 10 years later I find out about new kits for older series, I find out about revives and I never bought some of the newer gundam series kits (I was behind in kits). I only discovered the RG line in 2022, when I happened to visit some anime store (left the store with about 200 dol worth of gunpla). I only pulled the trigger on MGs in 2023, they're nice, but they take too much space and they're so hard to pose. I got some PGs, but I justify those with the fact that there's so few, though the space to keep them in is a real problem. I think I own about 200-300 gundam kits, way more on the way as I'm completing series, but that probably will never end as there's P bandai and now, also MG kits and RG kits. I do hope to eventually get back to a place where I once again own most 1/144 kits I want. I also collect musume model kits and anime action figures, like S H figurarts & figmas, this was a true wallet killer, though my biggest collectiong and my most expensive collection & kits are my warhammer stuff, my gunpla collection is tiny compared to my warhammer. I need to try working with resin kits, I'm used to working with resin & metal kits due to warhammer, so far I've only assembled plastic gunpla kits, though I do have some costum ones which technically do have non plastic parts. I love watching asian gunpla communities, they're so lucky, I wish I had a club like this one close to home.
Great community. Such a studio wouldn't work in canada. Is this studio his full time job or just a passion project. What do they charge? I can see this hobby be a source of friction for couples. Is this any different than drinking with buds or golfing all day?
i guess newtype doesn't ship around the world, UAE denied. Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address.
It's sad to see dishonesty to spouses in hobbies. Be honest about what you buy, and support your spouse in their hobby too! This is a very cool and interesting studio.
Thanks to everyone who watched this video ~~!!

These are super cool to see. Especially as someone from the west where places like this don't exist.
Yeah its a pain to get gunpla for a reasonable price...
its always cool to check out other peoples work bench so that you can improve your own

Why isn't there a gunpla studio in LA? :(....
I love these studio tours. There's no videos of this like on English RUclips, and it's great to see the environment such amazing works come out of, along with those who model them.
Love the studio tours and behind the scenes with the cafe's and AirBnB! It's a cool look into the hobby for a foreigner.
Glad you enjoyed it!

Incredibly cool setup that Team Withus has. Seoyahooya is offering a really nice service.
This is really inspirational to see. It just makes me wanna go paint.
I always want to paint at a studio again too whenever I see one.
A dream to have a studio like this! So amazing! 🥲

You could try asking @seoyahooya on Instagram:)
6:29 that GP02 is cool.
i agree!
Really impressive ❤ ! You guys inspire to continue and keep trying new things ! I still have so much to learn 😢. Once my korean gets better I might try it ahahah
You can do it!

hope you can set up your own studio one day!
Excellent video! I'd love if he had a video course to take online for those who couldn't attended in person.
Amazing studio, Going to Korea is still on the bucket list, I spent 2 months in Tokyo a few years ago and loved everything about Japan.
i love traveling in Japan too esp as a gunpla hobbyist!
This is sooooo cool, I feel like every major Metropolitan Area in the States could use one of these! At least in SoCal, Selfishly. 😅 Way to go though guys! We have something to aspire to!
hope it will be a thing in North America as well!
Great video! As a gunpla hobbyist, I find seeing this studio tour both inspiring and very, very humbling.😉
Glad you enjoyed it!
amazing stuff! never seen anything like this...
Awesome new video. The new camera is also great. Any studios you recommend in Seoul?
i Like this place👍👍
Is the gundam cafe near Seomyeon still there?
not sure but Gundam Base is and it's gonna be a future video : )
hello, any chance I can apply as a Newtype affiliate?
At 7:10 is that a custom Gundam Stamen?
Edit: found it after a year lol, "Rodams RAS-30L Partido Largo"
I always love this type of content. Anyway, this question seems sensitive but, how does a studio like this make profit?
the members pay a monthly rent : )

I actually might join something like this if they had this in nor cal.
We need something like this in the United States. That would be awesome
Worldwide!
@@frostedsnow along with Gundam bases, lol
What is rent like at one of these studios?
Hello. please tell me which airbrush should I buy? Tamiya with an air can? Or can I take a Chinese airbrush?
I wish to find something like this in Taipei, Taiwan…
I notice that gunpla modelers don't seem to go into weathering very much. Most kits I see look factory fresh in the painting. is that the case?
I want to live in this store 😅
I wish i could open somthing like this in the United States.
I’ve just got to know, is it nice and safe for Americans to live in Korea? Great video, I just wish it was in America!
😃😊🤩🤍🤩😊😃🙏👍
I need my own studio lmao. and money and paints. rip
Im heading to South Korea in just under two weeks, can someone suggest a good store that I can get Gundams from?

This is a dream place!! It's is a great place to run away from wives and GFs.
It's sad to see dishonesty to spouses in hobbies. Be honest about what you buy, and support your spouse in their hobby too! This is a very cool and interesting studio.
I"ve always wondered WHY there are gunpla studios. Who is out there buying built gunpla?
Also, I've been looking so long for the large halo light with stand. Can't find anything bigger than 10 inches. 😭
