Deepest gratitude yet again, Heather, this is beyond helpful. Everything you share is so spot on for exactly how things feel for me personally. This morning, I realised I have been feeling like I'm on a merry-go-round, with life, events, emotions, and challenges getting faster and faster. I then thought, but I can move to the centre of the merry-go-round,to the stillness point and just allow it to be so.
In 1992, Barbara Marciniak channelled a book called Bringers of the dawn... this blew my mind when I read it in the late 90's. It's from the Pleiadians and everything they said in that book has come to pass, even though at the time it seemed fantastical.
I have always felt connected to them ever since reading it... I think I may go back and re-read it again now, as a way to hold on to the truth that we are all one, we can choose how we navigate these times and I personally keep the vision that this is needed, we can trust and let go.

I keep drawing meaningful words to remind myself of lifting me up and to choose love everyday (and not fear) and I sing on my new land to ask for blessings, to attract peace & joy and people who are willing to do their healing work. That fills me with gratitude. When you sing, you can´t feel fear at the same time! :-) Sending you stars of light & hope & joy! - joyful feelings of gratitude for the small good things that life offers us everyday - if we are willing to see them. How does Sedna relate to me and my father and the injury he caused to me that moved me to leave home young and start a new life that I wanted to become. Asking for our community to send loving, healing, restoring energy to a friend in Australia. Baby due August, threatening to take it via c-section now. She may have had C-ancer spread, as she distrust doctors after these past few years. Her new husband has also been isolating her and cutting her off from friends and family for years, so maybe unwell energy got in that way.
