I LOVE that 'older' gymnasts have taken over the sport. Gone - thankfully - are the days of young, malnourished, pre pubescent children. Now we have string, muscular women, whose gymnastics is more powerful, with higher level skills, and far more exciting to watch as a sport.
Shines a light on just how traumatic BG's 'Olympic Trail' was on Becky. For her to walk away and say it's prepared her to compete anytime anywhere, speaks volumes. Rooting for you Becky! You've got this!
This really put me to tears. What an inspiration she continues to be for everyone around the world. I wish her and her family all the best and look forward to seeing her shine in future competitions.
