Vidiyo was done so dirty by not having any of the stage sets in the first release wave, which is a shame because I love the concept. I've always wanted LEGO to do more with music related sets, but a mobile app, four minifigures in plastic iso-cubes, and a handful of blindboxes are not the best foot forward that that Vidiyo needed to have a successful launch. The stage sets are all really good builds though, especially the Boombox stage which is one of my favorite sets that I own.
6:27 I literally just bought that set. No seriously THAT EXACT ONE off BrickLink. The guy even gave me $10 off too. MY dream set is in your video! Thank you!!!

When I was a kid, I got that little Jack Stone glider in a pack with Lego Stunt Rally (yeah, I don't know why either). I had a lot of fun with Lego Stunt Rally. And for that glider... No one wanted to buy it when I had to move country, so I was forced to keep it. I still have it to this day. I lost my copy of Lego Stunt Rally though. Life's not fair!
With the disaster that the LEGO Vidiyo sets became, people will now find the sets to be a useful parts pack for music-based LEGO MOCs, with theme's wealth of musical instruments, microphones and vinyl record bricks...
I had the R2D2 technic as a kid. The one with the motor inside that drove it. Never liked the set because it was full of specialized pieces that couldn't be used anywhere else.
My father actually gifted my brother a Lego 4727 set. We didn't even complete the set. We just used the parts for something else. The spider legs was kinda cool tho if you used it on something other than it's intended build.
Ok, one set I can think of? Spybotics G60 Gigamesh. I wouldn't say it's anywhere near as bad as any of the sets here, but this one seemed to have a quality control issue. Specifically, the long Technic beams that run down the sides of the spybot core would often be warped or bent, and sometimes the core was bricked from the factory. Additionally, at $60 a pop for about 260 pieces on average, the Spybotics line in general had some of the worst parts values in LEGO's history, but as they were technically robotics sets it's a bit less of an issue. Honestly, as a whole, Spybotics was an awesome concept but it just never took off.
The Ninjago “car” is a quest for buyers in itself. A quest to find tires for those rims! One of the most recent disappointing sets imo is the Obi Won vs Vader on space pancakes set. Overpriced for mini figs and pieces.

I actually had Humongusoar. I didn't know about the price at the time but it was disappointing because the hands had no articulation. Six year old me was kinda disappointed.
Idk if anybody else has said it but the First Order "AT ST" one of the worst rated star wars sets ever only good thing about it was the figs
6:27 I literally just bought that set. No seriously THAT EXACT ONE off BrickLink. The guy even gave me $10 off too. MY dream set is in your video! Thank you!!!
I gave a bad review in a survey for the General Grievous’ combat speeder and LEGO emailed me back to apologize that I thought it was awful and said they take feedback seriously
Honestly company W
The speeder set was fine tbh. The only thing I dislike is that the General Grievous figure is fragile, but that isn't really exclusive to the set.
I had that aragog set when i was a kid... i loved it because of the cool spider, but was bummed it didnt have adjustable legs
You forgot the Jyn Erso buildable figure.
The only set that comes to mind as a "bad set" is that "good guy" set from Bionicle.
With the disaster that the LEGO Vidiyo sets became, people will now find the sets to be a useful parts pack for music-based LEGO MOCs, with theme's wealth of musical instruments, microphones and vinyl record bricks...
The imperial probe droid. It asks to use 3 pieces at one point, but the set only comes with 2 of that piece.
I had the R2D2 technic as a kid. The one with the motor inside that drove it. Never liked the set because it was full of specialized pieces that couldn't be used anywhere else.
Forgot to include the first order at-st
1:45 since when did electro start collecting the seven chaos emeralds?
My father actually gifted my brother a Lego 4727 set. We didn't even complete the set. We just used the parts for something else. The spider legs was kinda cool tho if you used it on something other than it's intended build.
1:49 Not true, there's also the Electro minifig from TASM2 that comes in a polybag ⚡
I saw Aragorg in the Dark Forest in one of those glass feature cabinets stores used to have, it was then on my wish list until I got it - loved it
Ok, one set I can think of?
1:33 i have that set somewhere! it was a gift from a distant aunt.
shame to realise its considered the worst lego marvel set.
When I was little, I found one of those Ben10 figures at a flea market. It costed like 2 bucks. Always wondered where they come from.
The mustafar set is perfect don’t disrespect it
The Chima figures are honestly pretty nice looking, probably the best of those buildable figures
The Ninjago “car” is a quest for buyers in itself. A quest to find tires for those rims!
One of the most recent disappointing sets imo is the Obi Won vs Vader on space pancakes set. Overpriced for mini figs and pieces.
ayy I had that Aragog set as a kid. Didn't last very long as designed, fairly certain the spindly legs got repurposed on other builds fairly quickly.
