So it could be custom or a licensing designation. (Plate color can determine what type of vehicle it is.) The green car has 666*1. I think what looks like a “1” at the front is actually 3 vertical letters, but I can’t bring it up right now. (4:43am and I have been looking for a while. This is better than sleeping.) Will continue to try to figure this out because I have an obsessive need to know useless information.
