I think in reality, a superpower that really useful and could bring justice to any crime is Cisco's powers. He could easily solve crimes by determining who's the suspect. He can locate missing person or thing. And one thing amazing about his power, he can open portals.
I always found Cisco’s powers to be both effective, unique, and cool. But Cisco’s ultimate power is his mind. I’ll miss him being Vibe but he’s a hero with or without his powers.

At his Full power, No one can beat Vibe or Cisco Ramon except ofcourse Speedsters, Because he can see what you are about to do as in Always, And that give an incredible advantage and Plus He is A Genius
