Honestly Cisco was incredibly dumb when it came to his powers. Guy wanted them away when he got dumped by Gypsy cause he didn’t wanna live with her despite him having teleportation powers. Guy removed his powers to live a normal life as if he’s ever going to live a regular one considering he’s working for the biggest government agency on the planet. If he hated his powers so much yet complains about his bad tech later then dude could have just not used them or had meta dampeners. Just saying if I had powers connected to the friggin energies of the multiverse, there’d be so much I’d be doing.
I loved Vibe, I was hella hyped when he came back in Crisis even tho he had 0 powers and the moniter was just like "here ya go" and Cisco is just like "uhmm WTF"

If they wanted to commit to him getting rid of his powers, I respect the arc, but backtracking it into MechaVibe was so counterproductive... He took the cure so he could live a normal life, so why take on the hero role again just after that decision? If they had written his choice to give up powers purely based on the negative aspects of vibe powers, like the visions and reliving his own death, but still wanted to be hero...that would've worked much better. Then he could've pursued MechaVibe as a way to still be a hero without the negative side effects of his powers, but that's not what they wrote...
Write a character with some of the coolest powers ever. Realise his powers are kinda OP. Knock him out consistantly so he can't use them. Eventually get rid of them entirely. Were you..did you guys have a plan or?
So I loved the first season and most of the second season of flash, but I thought it went to shit the further it went along. That's not important to what I wanted to say, it's just a side note. I know this video is all about Cisco, but after seeing that scene where Barry Put Caitlin and Cisco both into Flashtime with him I started to realize something: Flash is potentially one of the single most valuable allies to have in a team fight. Can you imagine if he gave Flashtime to Batman, green arrow, or pretty much anyone else with like a decent amount of ranged firepower and really good hand to hand fighting?
They really found a way to ruin even one of the coolest moments from the start of the show, didn't they? God it's so disgusting to see what became of the CW after stopped tuning in. Seriously back in like 2008- idk 2014ish I guess, 2015 maybe? The shows they had were mostly phenomenal imo. Well, they're making a movie for Blue Beetle. But either way, as much as I love Cisco/Vibe, the DCEU practically gave up on his character after his character was being looked at as a joke and apparently being "offensive" to some communities. (Just a reminder this is the same guy that can literally destroy the Earth if he put his mind to it, and ripped out Plastic Man's heart.) Cisco/Vibe is a very underrated character though and would definitely love to see more of him in the future. (Possibly played by Valdes) I really think Carlos did an amazing job portraying this character overall. ❤️

Not condoning what Kreisberg did, but the show really went down hill when he was fired in late 2017 (Flash season 4).
