Tommy’s swing is amazing…..great video ⛳️
Just love his swing and the sound of impact.
Very informative and interesting interview, thanks!
Nice to hear such a strong player talk so much about their faults. There's hope for us amateurs yet!
Excellent segment. Love Tommy and his swing. Routing for Tommy to win his first major at the upcoming masters.
Great video. Love him sharing his swing with us.
Great interview please do more and ask the same questions of other players particularly transition.Well done
Nice and up to date interview
Follow through looks like Roy Mcelvoy from Tin Cup (Kevin Costner). Some people say it’s from hitting into that west Texas wind.
Leaning onto that left side at address has had me flushing it lately. My blades have been making the loudest sounds at impacts. Having to relearn my yardages because I'm flushing it so much. Ive had a few lessons, and things he said were like sound bites from almost every lesson I had.
Really like this guy, great attitude seems like a down to earth pro
Let's hope he wins a Major soon.
Without complicating things, Tommy doesn’t know how it all works, it just does.
Johnny Miller has a lot of interesting concepts regarding impact. Worth a listen.
He asked all the good and relevant questions. 👍🏽
Try copying his abbreviated follow through , it's surprising how it improves strike and distance especially when you are not as flexible.
Maintain your swing axis in backswing (so called weight forward) and backswing around your body. Then, your swing a bit naturally finishes like him. He has some s&t elements in his swing.
I do this exact follow through. So much better than swinging through
my coach definitely approves half finishes, apparently most people (including me) misunderstand the finish position and end up flipping are wrists to get there. I'm actually young and flexible, but like you said, the ball striking is incredible, I can hit with divots in rows now and always compress the ball! Definitely worth trying for everyone! I think it helps me keep my left hip back and not early extend because I'm not trying to finish behind my head!
I am also emulating Tommy's follow through including him keeping his head back and keeping his spine angle tilt. It's really helped me correct my dreaded chicken wing that I have been fighting for 30 years. Not quite cured, but on my way...
Love this man's swing! Very stack & tilt!
Said the stack and tilt! 😇
Where is this?
I need to get my ball further forward 😂
I wish this dude would ask him more questions like what do you mean get grounded push into the ground how ball of foot heel hips going down and so on
interesting to hear what the strike from a top tier iron player sounds like off a golf mat. Strangely sounds a bit thin and high pitched. Low on the face is the intention? Doesn't sound like a deep strike into the mat.
loved that TF showed his mini practice swing.
He has a shallow approach, more than other pros
I was getting such a good feeling then Covid came and a lost it! Then we came back for a month or so.. it all almost came together.... Now all courses and ranges are closed again for 6 weeks.
I already miss it !
Where do u live?
They’ve closed the courses??? Arghhhh
Was opened today in Basildon, England (although I had to cancel today because my partner dropped out so I gave them a call to cancel) no word it was closed though.

いい音やなぁ♪
Eyy good luck Tommy
Portstewart
“Me clubface was the one that turned it.”
"Actually standing over the ball, what are you thinking?"
TF - "Not alot".
Strange to hear I have one of same problems as tommy fleetwood with closed face !
Looks a lot like stack and tilt to me.
How Sky dont have shot tracer is crazy
assume stripe show.
I like to compare my swing with tommy’s . His swing is a lot faster than mine. Top pro like him is +8-+12 handicapper.

is that Taiwan's Nation Flag on 6:24?
Yup
The ball doesn’t get compressed against the turf
Yeah but a good swing is going to feel like it is because your hitting turf after ball.
I got the impression he was just agreeing with him on this point to be polite.
the reason you cant freeze frame impact is because impact should be the same as ur address except ur body weight is falling from back to front. So basically what hes asking is shift ur weight back to front and freeze at the impact point. Cant do it.
Suuuuuuper stoned😎
Didn’t say good shot once lol - no top tracer either 😳
You don't "compress the ball against the turf". That is not correct...
"Compressing the Ball into the Turf" is a 'desire' to achieve a slight Descending Angle of Attack which actually Compresses the Ball against the Face which is why the Impact Mark on the Face of the Iron is 3/4 inch in Diameter
If he shanks it, that man loses a leg.
We can all hit the ball like Tommy Fleetwood - and better i.e. without an 'unwanted' closed face - if we simply know what Original Golf Fundamental F5 and F12 are. There is no magic.
Lads got some nutty ears tho
Best golf is behind him. Flash in the pan
What does a dog know about golf.
Nah, .... just a funky year with all going on, he's going to win and win some big events, his iron game is tops.
2nd at mo in PGA LOL
Tommy fleetwood is just a mediocre golfer I call him Tommy the bunker man he spends a lot of time in bunkers
With £30m in bank, bet he’s devastated what you think while you sleep in your mums box room
@@jcjackson4626 I’m not talking about money and I’m 74 years old and I don’t live in a box room like you , players like fleetwood are place players Ian poulter is another player now when you talk about Hatton now that’s a player
@@jcjackson4626 his mum stopped listening to him very early on i reckon
YOU call Tommy a "GREAT" player>>>>>seriously?????? cmon man!... Typical Brit... using the word "GREAT"!! shssssssssssss
Great Interview, very informative.
