Saves Hoff from relegation, steers them to 4th in first full season, loses key players Süle and Rudy to Bayern, is about to steer them again to UCL. He's a great in the making, has future Bayern and Germany manager written all over his face
Hopefully he doesn't go Bayern man he could do amazing things with this team or other German teams and make the league more competitive. Would love for an upcoming coach to build their legacy elsewhere than Bayern
@Jasper Lo better than Kovac in my opinion, at least he improves his players, and also he has a distinct style unlike Kovac, no offense to Kovac though.
Dayz Ahat Look at the way Dortmund have performed in recent seasons... that's why. They need to buy higher calibre players if they want to challenge Bayern Munich again.
You should show us all the clubs in the Bundesliga and the player who has played there for the longest time so like a ”Every Bundesliga’s Club Ledgend!”
so, it wasn't so difficult to recreate (compared to Pep's tactics @ least...) and it's too early too say but it actually works so smoothly i am impressed. It's identical to the video description of how Hoffenheim is playing. 3 @ the back, 1 DM and Wing Backs. Then 2 CM with being a Mezzala on Att duty (anyone playing FM18 understands the role) and the other one as a Box to Box Mid.The two Forwards are a Complete Forward and the other one False 9 (perhaps a Deep Lying Forward would be more appropriate but i love the False 9 role and also FM doesn't always makes sense..). The team uses a Fluid shape (although FM18 favors Stractured lately). Lastly i use pressing and a higher tempo and the surprise comes from playing quite higher up the pitch. Having a solid Defense and Mid allows this. For the time being it performs brilliantly. Time will though. :)
@Dayz Ahat It does work on some teams. With Arsenal i won Premier League and Europa League on season 1. But, at the same time i like to rotate my tactics. Overall the tactic is still a work in progress for me. That being said, because the tactic has a sort of Defensive mentality i am trying to make it more adventurous, cautiously.. "Fail again, fail better" i guess is my mantra. One thing at least FM has managed to do is to not have Plug & Play tactics. Everything must evolve and change regularly. But i do consider it a good tactic for certain teams that fit that shape and mentality.
Shocked Arsenal didn't go for him, even the formation would've fit the team perfectly. We have 2 fantastic Strikers and 2 fantastic attacking midfielders. Something like Leno? Sokratis? ????? Monreal Bellerin ????? Kolasinac Ozil Mkhitaryan Aubameyang Lacazette
WE’VE BEEN TO HOFFENHEIM AND MARIBOR MOSCOW AND SEVILLE THEN WE WENT TO PORTUGAL AND TWATTED THEM 5-0 THOUSANDS WENT TO MANCHESTER, YNWA THEN WE WENT TO VATICAN, WE HAVE CONQUERED ROME

And now challenging with Leipzig

Future Germany Coach

Sufyaan Irfan sorry to say..but he won't make any difference with any bundesleague team against Bayern. they rule the league..
phantom 11 hmmmm

He’s at Bayern now lol
F
Bayern were stupid to not take him, and Dortmund would be as well. Incredible manager and a future Germany coach.
He fits perfectly. Hopefully Dortmund will make a move in that direction. They need him so bad.
I don't think Dortmund have the ambitions to appoint him as the new manager sadly.
Aidy Gooner why?
Dayz Ahat Look at the way Dortmund have performed in recent seasons... that's why. They need to buy higher calibre players if they want to challenge Bayern Munich again.
Aidy Gooner no I meant why don’t they have the “ambitions” to appoint them but ok
I would love this fresh dynamic young manager at Arsenal!!
Football needs coaches like Julian. Young, bold, open to anything new and, as Francisco and N3WR3N41554NC3 said, future Germany head coach.
Romel Negut what do you think about Kovac the new Bayern manager ?.
phantom 11 He's a good manager but he needs to prove that he's the right choice for them so I wish him good luck.
I'm 24 and I feel older than julian, that's how much young he is
:)

If arsenal don't get Allegri then this is the guy they should go for and not Arteta or vieira. I don't know if he would want to leave Hoffenheim tho
peter Clement yeah he is good
He already agree going to rb leipzig next season for four years contract (2019 - 2023)
Tifo Football, I love you! Nagelsmann would be the perfect Arsenal manager.
This man is a genius and he is totally going to be Germany's national team coach
Inspirational, this man.
He should be the successor to Le Professor at the Arsenal. Take the meeting Julien please.
Would he fit in at arsenal ?
He should succeed as Bayern coach sometime in the future
Wouldn’t mind him as the new Arsenal Manager tbh, he sounds very promising
He’s fantastic!!
You should make videos on Nuremberg and Dusseldorf (maybe Kiel) just so those who don't watch the 2nd division (me) know what to expect
brilliant explanation with the clips alongside the narration. I feel obliged to, at least try and replicate this in FM18. Cheers! :)
Christos Karsanidis tell me how did it work?

this is perfect for the arsenal job why isbt1nagelsmann a frontrunner?
He is younger than some Bayerns players.
you copied this from the TIFO channel formerly known as Umaxit
He would well at Arsenal but his dream job is Bayern Munich.
Should Arsenal get him?
+syed firdaus yes
The fact that he is just 29 years old is insane, same age as Jurgen Klopps son Marc.
Bayern Munchen new manager
*KNUCKLESMAN*
Julian Nagelsmann will be the one to defeat Bayern
Tedesco is still better
