You're forgetting Hoffenheim were facing relegation when Naglesmann took over, lets not act like they are miles above Arsenal, if anything they are currently on the same level at best, and a lot of that is down to him. With his tactical flexibility and man management skills, not to talk of the budget plus better individual players at Arsenal, he would be the perfect long term replacement for Wenger in my opinion. Arsenal's main problem is that Wenger isn't able to get the most out of his players and is tactically naive, which are two qualities Naglesmann excels at, plus he has mentioned Wenger and Arsenal as influences in terms of the way he sets his team out to attack. I hope the board use their brains as he is perfect for the job.
