It will be interesting if/when he moves to a top club how well he can manage top level, older players. I feel like he needs to spend a few years at Leipzig and needs to win a league title before he moves to one of the top European teams.

he did play game but at lower divisions and retired when he was 24 i think so he can focus on coaching career.Also his father was former player and coach and Mou since little days was learning about analysing opponents and was even helping his da when he was little with tactics and little stuff
also, Morinho was actually close with pep, they had the same philosophy at first. because morinho was at Barca with pep when they were younger
