Hi Maurice, new your informative channel. Would be interested to see your views on sustainable (green) investment moreso in the so called 'frontier markets', a term I must say I have gained from your videos. Thanks.
Thank you. I’s be very careful with “green investments”. Most are not profitable and just live off subsidies, or are less profitable than “normal” investments. Ideology ≠ good investment
the chinese invest in real estate. Its why renting is 10x cheaper than buying in big chinese exodus cities like bangkok, kuala lumpur, etc. You can rent for 1/5th to 1/10th the mortgage payment amounts in many of these cities. So essentially you have a massive bubble in those sectors and not much money elsewhere.

Spot on about Georgia, I went there a couple of times this year, gorgeous amazing country but so much anger and conflict and on a knight edge
Been a while since you've been to S.E.A. I need to get to Cambodia myself for a look around soon.
Another great video, Ladislas! Interesting to hear yours and Scott’s take on Cambodia.

Thank you Ladislas. I would appreciate it if you would turn on automatic subtitles on your videos.
Great analysis
European expat choices such as Georgia and Romania are going to hell in a hand basket. But folks aren't talking about it.
