Showering in a Roadtrek

The van life trend is growing and I thought I would share this older video of how I shower in my Roadtrek van. This was my 1994 Roadtrek Popular. I now have a 1992 Roadtrek Independent. Same exact procedure.

Thanks so much! I've been told about the curtain which goes so far around, but how do you keep it from molding without leaving it hanging out all day to dry? Also congratulations on having a shower and filming it without destroying your phone or camera!
I'm going to have to try my shower now!

I just velcro the curtain to the left of the tub and it stays mold free.

I have not seen any other Roadtreks with a shower configuration like that. They all have the "Hallway" shower concept. I would like to find one like this. Is this a special model of the 1994 Roadtrek Popular or do you think this is a custom shower?

I changed the shower head so it had an on/off button

I just purchased a 1997 Roadtrek 190 Versatile and I have no clue how to operate anything or if it even works. I am working first on removing the mold and humidity. However, I have a question that may read stupid, where does the water that drains in the middle of the floor goes to? Is there a tank below that stores that water and we have to empty it with the grey? Does it go in the same tank as the water from the kithcen faucet? Is it dumped on the floor outside?

It goes in the grey water holding tank along with the water from the sink. It's supposed to be emptied at a waste station; such as a campground.
