Sending you love and prayers for healing. One never knows what can happen. Life is truly a mystery full of miracle stories of people given time lines of death! Doctors CANNOT say that for sure and it doesn't help to scare your nervous system ❤❤

Yes!! This is great. I love my red light night lite, it lives in my bathroom and keeps the bluelight at bay. These are real biohacking techniques that work! Keep it up.

I am curious what both of your opinion is on the idea of different chronotypes? I have been a 'nightowl' for as long as I can remember and the thought of actually getting up with the sunrise just sound unbearable to me. As far as I understand there is some pretty good scientific evidence on the fact that there are different chronotypes and some people just naturally like to go to bed later. I've read enough of Gabor Mate's books to know I should be skeptical when science claims that these kind of things are inherent and genetic though so I'd love to hear your thoughts!

I use a Day Light lamp everyday for 20 min in the morning to protect me from S.A.D. in the winter. The years I have used it steadily are the years I don't get the S.A.D. Would you consider this type of lamp harmful in any way?

I'm a retired 69 year old Caucasian male I've always been a night person so I don't go to bed before 3:00 a.m. I usually get 6 Plus hours of sleep so is there any possibility that my circadian rhythm is on a different time than what people normally think of

Sarah, metabolizing 100 grams of fat yields approx 100g of Metabolic water, which is more than the 60g of metabolic water from carb metabolism and more than the 40g of metabolic water from protein metabolism. But must we be in Ketosis to metabolize fats into metabolic water?

Question: In the nordic countries, the sun rises in the middle of the night. Is it important to get up and get outside during this time? Or do you just go outside when you wake up at any time and go outside then?

For the last couple of decades i ve tried n tried to find some bakance in this absolutely insane climate and circadian environment in finland (yes, i ve lived most of my life here, but after all these 45years the situation is same its always been for me: this just doesnt work out). Its either 20hrs of daylight or 20hrs of pitch dark. This is not a place for a human to survive, let alone thrive 😬😬😬

This is fascinating! I had serious health issues holding me back for the past few years and had trouble with walking. No surprise: I gained a LOT of weight. I can walk now and Im ready to get moving but I also had this inkling that I must get up 'first thing' and go for a walk. Its great to hear that my intuition is correct. And yes, I still hear doctors saying 'dont eat butter' which is some of the worst bullshit ever. Thank you for being data based.

In such a small amount of time I can see a difference in how I feel and look! Scale is moving again with no other dietary changes. Thanks ladies for giving us your time and wisdom.
