    It would be nice to know how much variability Satchin would recommend concerning breakfast time. I try to eat breakfast at 8 AM in the morning, but I’m not always on the dot. Sometimes I start breakfast at 8:15.

    i exercise in morning but always have 10 minutes of vigorous movement after eating

    180 mg of melatonin is fine, no problem at all, no sleepiness the next morning because melatonin is not a soporific. dr. panda is not up on melatonin as he is on other things.
