If he bought the kit at IPD or FCP, he out to let them know to include VVT hub seal on the kit to make it complete.
I agree. I don't know where he got the kit and I'm pretty sure those seals are different.
So what happen to the S60, it got mad because of the LOVE. Missing RPM signal is a little strange tachometer was moving slightly while cranking.
Either a bad cam sensor or starter interference.
any good palce to find a exaust cam sprocket for 2004 volvo s60 2.5t . mine is loose and timing belt is at edge

there is no such thing as lawn mower syndrome. engines start fine with low compression judging from the compression release on my chainsaws.
Interesting
You’ll have to send me your food request when you get to Chicago❤️

Good tip on the screw in the drill. This is the first I've heard of this one. Safe Travels. :>
Thanks for watching Mark.
Did u get it running? What was the issue crank sensor maybe..
🤔
No sir. Didn't have parts and the owner said that he would handle it.
Burrito looked good!
It was.
Hi, Robert!
I’m in the process of swapping out the engine in my auto Volvo 850 T5. My car is auto, and the replacement engine is from a manual car. So the process will be very similar to the videos you posted a couple months a go when you put Panther’s old engine in the red S70.
My understanding is that in the video you broke some guide pins on the torque converter when mating Panther’s engine with the auto box because the torque converter wasn’t seated properly in the gearbox? Or was it that the torque converter didn’t have enough room in the pilot bearing in the crankshaft on the engine side?
I’ve tried to do some research on this matter and it looks like the pilot bearing in the crankshaft is bigger on a manual car than on a auto car. I’m wondering if I need to remove this or not in order to get the torque converter seated properly in the engine.

@@RobertDIY Thank you Robert! I've watched this video series probably like five times already in preparation for the job! However, I still wonder if I need to remove the pilot bearing in the crank in the manual engine in order to fit the torque converter.
