      Regarding the boy in the box, I agree this man should never have gone as far as he did, and I don’t think this is the case, especially after hearing the son admit pretty much that he was pushing his family and pushing his father to see how far he could. I think this father did the best that he could trying to protect his other children and I think they did go for help and I think the whole system sucks, if this boy is willing to forgive his father, there is hope for this family to be reunited, and to become president of turning things around. I think this man has been punished enough. I truly do not believe he should have a jail sentence at all being found guilty that’s good, and going to jail it’s not gonna make this man any better or to bring his family together. This is tearing the family apart forever. There Hass to be a better way the system is broken. We could almost have every other dad in prison for this for losing your patience I don’t see this man is not able to go to counselling and their family getting back together properly and things getting better being supervised etc. it would cost less money they should spend less money putting people in prison when they can help them out here probably for a lot less

    • @bonnielegere9452
      @bonnielegere9452 Год назад +1

      What I mean is he could become an example on how a family can be turned around with help from the community with help from all the agencies that never have time or take forever to get can talk to experience not on this type of thing, but getting help even for mental illness. I think this man is workable. I think his whole family might be including the boy, I can’t wait to spend more time helping there are ways to supervise things like this. Can you find ways for everything else? Why isn’t there a better way I don’t think a prison sentence is going to make a difference he’s been proven guilty, and he shouldn’t of done it now what can we do to get this family back on track? I bet you it would be a success story. It could be used as a precedent. Like I said we could put almost every other parent for losing it even if it was for 10 minutes.

    • @bonnielegere9452
      @bonnielegere9452 Год назад +2

      I don’t feel this man is going to be a threat to his family anymore. If anything I think you want to work and change for the better and I bet you, his son would like that too and the rest of his family as well. Don’t put him in prison not even for another day all it’s doing is destroy a complete family

      @@bonnielegere9452ever heard of Stockholm syndrome? There is zero justification for locking up a child in a box for hours on end. This child deserves a good home where he feels safe, he’s certainly scarred for life. Poor kid.

  • @paulalyus9237

    I just keep imagining the child’s terror when he saw his ‘dad’ rush into the box in a fury, with only a bed and a side table, the young boy had no way to protect himself and then the door was slammed and locked and the light turned off. That child must have felt despair 😢
    Not an ounce of sympathy for this bully

      Exactly, his little son, sitting on a mattress, on the FLOOR, with this creep towering over him yelling, you think you’re a tough guy huh?” & didn’t he actually say at one point, “maybe we should take more away from you, because you’re not learning, how about just the blanket & bare floor?” Let alone the references he made to his “bucket”!! Horror film!!! Prison is more humane! Tough guy looking pretty “shaken” now. That kid is dangerous I don't think anybody heard of the things he has committed against ppl
      Market down you haven't heard the last of that boy.
      He's got six of the traits of a serial killer.
      And when somebody goes out and commits all kinds of heinous crimes
      The first thing people say is there must have been some red flags during his life.
      The kids started it first the father didn't know what to do.
      We did not see all the videos and we don't know all of what when on.
      The jury wasn't allowed to know how dangerous the kid was or what he did to a pregnant lady to a kid in school to animals the list is sick
      There's going to be trouble with whoever adopts him you just wait.
      I'm glad that the law lacks up dangerous prisoners up so they can't get out and hurt ppl
      If it wasn't a good idea they wouldn't be doing it!!!!!!
      The is a pathological liar
      And nobody even knows his genetics 👀
      I'm not saying what Tim did was right but he probably couldn't think of anything else he tried everything probably.
      Jesus will forgive him 🙏

      Listen to all the hatred from people that's just as bad as what he did if not worse
      He who is without sin cast the first stone
      God has a purpose in this maybe someone will give him a Bible
      That's when they give you one when you're in prison not when you're in school😢

      WOW 207 people agree with that nonsense. This does not happen in 99% of adopted children's homes. Instead of seeking professional help from a therapist or family counselor he decides to build a cage for him. He is a white man and he is doing these other ethnic groups a favor right by treating him like an animal. This was not love forgiveness, patience and understanding this was abuse. 207 people say this is ok that is the sick part. A former New York City police officer whose 8-year-old son died after he was forced to sleep in the family's freezing garage, was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison Thursday. Michael Valva, 45, was found guilty of second degree murder nd four counts of endangering the welfare of a child in November in connection with the January 2020 death of his son Thomas Valva. INSTEAD of going to family counseling to learn to be a better parent to address a need.

    Well done to the builder who acted on his gut feeling when building the box…..he knew it was wrong & reporting it was definitely the right thing to do. Awesome job, also I hope the son recovers and leads a much better life tho I feel it will affect him immensely ❤️

    One word we know well in criminal justice is Lex Talionis, which means an eye for an eye.
    This is justice with a golden bow on top.

      If it were an eye for an eye it would be him in an 8x8 room with furniture and decorations, getting out to go to work, do yardwork, eat with his family, watch tv with his family, and go on family outings, then be locked in the room with the lights out during sleep time and when he was misbehaving. But then there are the people who are brainwashed and think this kid was locked in the room 24/7 lights out.
