No police in 1936 Babu? lol just the rule of kings! He should really spend less time talking and more time listening as he often misses what is happening and later on doesn't really understand what's happening. For example here he didn't understand why "the sphere" (the head of the staff of Ra) was important here. Also Babu "there was no technology and there were no machines," next sentence he utters "and there were planes of that era shown." 🤣🤣 Still love him though of course! Also just a suggestion, when they refer to their own currency it would make more sense to us viewers to see what they are actually saying in ruppes than "3.59 dollars" that literally means nothing to us other than a random amount of American money
Can you please show them the mummy and the mummy returns with brendan fraser? Based on their reaction to this I think they'll love it. Keep up the great reactions! 😁
I think I heard them ask a question about the swastika. The villains in the film are Nazis. They took the already existing swastika, which these people are likely familiar with, and change the angle, and appropriated it as their own symbol. I think it was supposed to mean something like “the unconquerable” the way they used it. Either way, it was one item on a long list of cultural crimes that the Nazis committed. Of course, they must have seen it on the plane as well, just two or three scenes prior to that. The one on the crate was shown with an eagle, because it was a seal showing Nazi ownership of the box.
I've watched until more than half. Is the tailor (I don't remember his name) having some sort of difficulty? He seems to be uncomfortable within himself and I thought at one point he had dozed off, immediately followed by a new cut showing him awake.
I found it really interesting to see people from a completely different culture, who don't follow any of the three religions from Abrahamic Mythology, react to this film. They don't have the same cultural references as most people in either the Western World or the Muslim world (from their names, I think they're likely Hindu, if anything) and that means they miss some of the subtext. For instance, the ceremony at the end was an ancient Jewish ritual from the days of the Temple of Solomon, and it was being performed by a mercenary who worked for the NAZIs -- so, yeah, the God of Abraham and Isaac decided to engage in some righteous smiting. I also appreciate they seemed to get that the American government did the same thing as the Egyptians did with the Ark of the Covenant. They didn't understand it; it was too dangerous to mess with, so the Americans hid it somewhere nobody could ever find it, again. I do like that Babu was the more comfortable of the two with Marion's independence, though. 😀

I just got back from a week-long trip to Los Angeles with my daughter. We went to the Universal Studios park. They have rides and experiences drawn from ‘Harry Potter,’ ‘Transformers,’ ‘Jurassic Park’ and others. I would be so interested to see my friends experience things like this. The rides themselves are amazing whether you’ve seen the movies or not but are better when you have. My friends here have now seen many and I’ll bet they’d really enjoy something like that. Are there any such places in India? Also, I would HIGHLY recommend’Million Dollar Arm’ to my friends. It tells the true story of the first two Indian players to be signed to an American sports league. In their case it was Major League Baseball. A sports promoter traveled to India and had a competition to find athletes that could be trained to be Major League pitchers. He brought back 2, a right-hander and a left-hander who were coached by the University of Southern California baseball team. It’s a wonderful story.
The two young Indian men were both signed to a team exactly 10 months to the day that they first picked up a baseball. It’s an amazing story about following your dream no matter where you have to go to chase it. Can you imagine the culture shock two boys from small villages in rural India had flying to Los Angeles and training at the world class facilities of USC?

They have to see The Temple of Doom and The Last Crusade next. Don't bother with the other movies, they're crap. Although I've heard The Dial of Destiny is not bad, still haven't seen it yet but I'm going to download it right now. For free of course. lol "Raiders of The Lost Torrents."
Ford was suffering from gut trouble from bad food, not flu.
One of my favorite movies! I am ao glad they got to enjoy it too - and Ioved their reactions!!
It was fun sharing the adventure with you! Well, whatever you think of the next movie in this series, you have to admit, they sure put some heart into it. 😉
Also, Babu is an impressive percussionist.
Not gonna lie, I am VERY interested to see their reaction to Temple of Doom.
Fun fact, the guy at the beginning that told Indy to throw him the idol for t&e whip, and eventually ended up on the spikes played Dr. Octopus in the Spider-Man movies
Love you guys, hope you enjoy this as a fun movie despite some old stereotypes - it’s all in good fun! Wishing you all the best from the USA
"Hollywood is something that no-one can compete with"
Oh buddy... oh my sweet little friend...
Well he's not wrong when it comes to this genre of movies, even today
Godzilla Minus One has entered the chat
Who has better films?
@@aaronmorton1383 Have you seen any recent Hollywood movies? You'd know the answer to your question is "everyone".
@@wispywhiskers3502yes you are right Hollywood is the best film making studio of all time 🔥🔥🔥
When Babu said it came out 44 years ago. I denied that for a minute, and then I realized, omg, it has really been 44 years. 😢
Oh, that’s my number one favorite Indiana Jones movie!
Love the first three Indiana Jones movies, but Raiders it's the "Crown jewel of modern action Adventure Cinema!"
"betrayl is never anyone's kin" is such an amazing line
I always watch if the older guy is in it!😊 Keep well,😉 sir.
44:01Wilhelm scream detected
Oh this is gonna be a fun series
I like the little Asian kid!
@@zimjun7 Short Round is awesome, and say what the majority say on Temple of Doom but I loved that film.
These guys are a riot! Ya gotta luv em!
The rolling boulder scene has been parodied in the movie "UHF" in a hilarious way.
Wow. Watching their reactions is almost as entertaining as the movie itself.
The Old Gentleman's reaction is the best I've ever seen to this movie.
It's funny they say the word "jungle" to mean "forest" but the movie is in an actual jungle too :D
A drinking contest can be lethal. it is one of the few ways one CAN get alcohol poisoning. [chugalugging a large bottle of distilled spirits can do it too]
Babu “cheers” 👍 “so what’s your problem” 👧 🍺 😂😂😂
He is "dangerous" because he is the thoughest as nail of ALL explorers ! 😁
Their faces when the German guy got hit by the airplane prop was gold.
As fun now as it was in 1981, thanks Men for sharing with us😊👍✌️🇺🇸
How can you show a movie without serving popcorn and sodas?
I hope they were listening to it in their own language.
If they were listening to it in English... They would have been very confused.
No police in 1936 Babu? lol just the rule of kings! He should really spend less time talking and more time listening as he often misses what is happening and later on doesn't really understand what's happening. For example here he didn't understand why "the sphere" (the head of the staff of Ra) was important here. Also Babu "there was no technology and there were no machines," next sentence he utters "and there were planes of that era shown." 🤣🤣
Still love him though of course! Also just a suggestion, when they refer to their own currency it would make more sense to us viewers to see what they are actually saying in ruppes than "3.59 dollars" that literally means nothing to us other than a random amount of American money
I didnt know Alfred Molina was in it.
I know him from - Not without my daughter , with Sally Field.
But I saw he was in a recent superhero film too
very entertaining reaction!! great stuff
Can you please show them the mummy and the mummy returns with brendan fraser? Based on their reaction to this I think they'll love it. Keep up the great reactions! 😁
PLOT TWIST: they love temple of doom, and describe it as a cinematic love letter to their culture
I think these guys are Moslem, but the bad guys in ToD worship Shiva, so they'll probably love seeing them get their butts kicked.
If they only knew they have seen a Lord of the Rings actor at his natural tall height and face without makeup
The movie that has inspired 40 years of cave exploration video games!
Thanks!
🙏
Wow. I didn't realize it was that old lol! Makes me feel old...i remember when it came out.
Great movie still. Classic.
The full video on patreon has them realize that
Swastika was a Christian symbol fyi
Babu is very rude to Raeen.
Babu spits bars every time.
I hope they do finish this series ^^
Yes! Bureau for Indy!😊😊😊
I've watched until more than half. Is the tailor (I don't remember his name) having some sort of difficulty? He seems to be uncomfortable within himself and I thought at one point he had dozed off, immediately followed by a new cut showing him awake.
Alfred Molina Doc Oc so young in this movie.
Between Babu yelling inanities all the time, as usual, and Raeen three-quarters asleep through most of it, this was a miss for me.
BTW - the USA Military has the ARK and can use against Enemies at any time.
Please let them watch "MAN OF STEEL" the BEST Superman movie ever!
I love these two guys.
I come for his songs!
Temple of Doom is literally about themselves.
The temple of doom I had on VHS as a kid, it started my fascination with India and the Hindu religion
Oh do “The Prince Of Egypt “ next please.
The original and IMO the best of the franchise. I saw this in Leicester Square London, the most famous cinema in the UK with quadrophonic sound❤ great choice!
I must admit saerching to watch these movies after watching these reviews 😅😅
Not sure which was best, the movie or watching you 2 gents. ❤❤❤❤❤
Where is badshah or how ever you spell his name....hes one of my favorites?
Dang Babu quick on the Maths
Raeen needs more sleep!
He's sitting up and half asleep.
I live in *Bradford* - The world's first *UNESCO City of Film.*
*JK Rowling* got some of her ideas for *Harry Potter* from *Monty Python's Flying Circus* (1969-1974) sketches, mainly one which filmed less than a mile West of me.
That sketch includes:
1 - A man named *Harold Potter* which was clearly the inspiration for the name *Harry Potter.*
2 - An introduction to some characters called *Mr and Mrs Samuel Brainsample* which is practically identical to the introduction for *Mr and Mrs Dursley* in *Harry Potter.*
3 - A man at *Valley Parade Football Stadium* the home of *Bradford City AFC* wearing a scarf and a rosette in the clubs colours *Claret & Amber,* the same colours which are used for *Gryffindor* in *Harry Potter.*
Most films and TV shows do the majority of their filming at the same locations. They include:
*Keighley Railway Station* and the rest of the 5 mile long *Keighley and Worth Valley Railway* - 10.2 miles from me.
*Dalton Mills* - 10.1 miles from me (although a 2nd of the 4+ buildings was set on fire in 2022, so it's unlikely it will be used again, as it was apparently the main one used).
*Bronte Parsonage Museum* and the rest of *Haworth* - 10.1 miles from me.
*Salts Mill* and the rest of *Saltaire* - 5.3 miles from me.
*Cartwright Hall* and *Lister Park* - 3.1 miles from me.
*Undercliffe Cemetery* - 2.9 miles from me.
The *Sekhon Group Warehouse* and the rest of *Little Germany* - 1.9 miles from me.
*Bradford City Hall* - 1.6 miles from me.
*Sam Neill* from *Jurassic Park* filmed *Peaky Blinders* in 3 of those locations.
*Aasif Mandvi* from *Million Dollar Arm* was raised in my city.
*Darshan Jariwala* from *Million Dollar Arm* starred in *Eaten by Lions* which was produced by a company whose address is just 1 mile South of me. It was also partly filmed in my city, at locations such as *St Luke's Hospital* 0.7 miles North of me, where me, *Zayn Malik,* and no doubt other celebs from me city were born.
*Zayn Malik* from *One Direction* grew up 2 miles East of me, in the same area as *Lunar C, Melissa Streel, Gareth Gates* and *GK* from *Bad Boy Chiller Crew.*
*Rhythm Dhol Bass* aka *RDB* who have collaborated with *Snoop Dogg, Ludacris* and *T-Pain* grew up 0.7 miles West of me.
*RDB* also make music for *Bollywood* blockbusters.
*Bollywood* has used *Bradford* for at least 5-10 films which include:
*1920* (2008), *Teri Meri Kahaani* (2012), *Welcome to Karachi* (2015), *1920 London* (2016), *Commando 3* (2019), *Brown Boys* (202?), and *Gold* (2018).
*Gold* which has the full title *Gold: The Dream that United Our Nation* is about India's hockey team winning a Gold medal at the *1948 Summer Olympics.*
*Odsal Stadium* the home of *Bradford Bulls RLFC* just 1 mile South of me, was used as *Wembley Stadium* in the film. They also filmed in other areas of Bradford such as *Dalton Mills* and *Little Germany.*
omg, this is gonna be amasing
Just so you are aware, in the West, Harrison Ford (Dr. Jones actor) is considered arguably the most handsome man on the planet. 😍
I love this film even if Indy plays no role in the outcome of the story THANK YOU Amy farrer Fowler
