Oo familiar problem, I also had the stock bones of the drive constantly breaking. And I drilled a 5mm hole myself and repressed the pin. And also slightly drowsy expanded the cups, and all the problem went away.

Could not help but notice the lack of differential action in your drivetrain. (You might wanna investigate that)
Also, Out of the box/stock…calls for 1000 diff oil. You are converted to electric and the torque is instant, I would definitely want that diff to be more resistant.(use thicker oil)
I'll definitely look into that. I need to take it apart and inspect it anyways. Haven't had it out since it was rebuilt. Thanks
Just to be clear…I really like what you’re doing with this model. It’s hard to tell, because they are just written words…But I aim to help you get this thing sorted out in a positive manner.
It's all good.. my buddy had a high performance obr in it and he went through diffs before I bought it. I only converted it electric cause I didn't want any issues with my neighbors or Karens.. After I go through the diff I'm going to install the Proline trenchers and test and see if activating AVC will help in stabilization for off-road speed runs. Thanks
@@nwirc Cool. Totally understandable. AVC will help a little. Based on the videos so far, getting the model softened up for more suspension action/weight transfer and making sure that 1 wheel drive isn’t the issue under acceleration~ I think you’ll be really amazed.
@@rcmadlabz2492 I've owned these Hpi Baja's for years but with stock and modified gas engines and shocks. These Threshold Rezzies are amazing with these hd vvc's and many adjustments can be made. This is my first electric 8s conversion and have lots to learn to get it perfect. That's what I love about this hobby.. It never gets boring with all the tuning that can be done.
