You know, in a lot of ways, I think Cedar Lane has become my favorite song by First Aid Kit. I always get chills listening to any version. The lyrics penetrate my soul. I am very grateful for this work of art.
It’s their best song IMO. It’s how they sing it and how their voices overlap perfectly! They were born to sing this song and this is the best version. 🙌🏻❤️

I'm not sure First Aid Kit can told their phenomenal album "The Lion's Roar" but this song is magical and they are clearly one of the best bands in the world now.
I mean holy crap. This song is in my top 3 right now along side Dying Fetus "Praise the Lord" and Brotha Lynch "Corpse Came to Dinner." Why? Because I like extreme music and this is one of the most extremely simple and beautiful songs I've ever heard.
