@@spicymeatballs2thespicening thanks! I gotta stay honest with myself. Gonna play it again in a future video fairly soon anyways, so I’ll make up for my mistake there.

I say slayer and kreator are the best starters for getting into death metal, even though they're thrash, they did lead the way for the birth of death metal
Yeah I realized that like a month and a half after. I was listening to Dawn of Possession in it’s entirety, and I was like “wait, this is not Burial Ground :y”

That guitar is the one I use for doing a lot of tunings, and I’m not running the thickest of strings. I feel like if I attempted Nile on it, it would probably die on me while sounding like slushy spaghetti. Also I’m a weenie and Nile riffs scare me 🐒
I need to get the way the music playing rips your guts at 1:04 and show 90% of guitar players on YT just to say "your technique can't make you feel this way, you wanker..."

@@jojoplaysmusic I dig it but I always felt the Pestilence Consuming Impulse album had some of the best production and guitar tones of any death metal album I've heard.Even the drums (especially the snare) sounded perfect on that album.
I was straight playing wrong the second part in "Pull the Plug".
respect for pointing it out yourself, great job otherwise lol 🍝

Real nice. Death metal is such a nice genre, so much great music. Great work.
Thank you so much. That’s why I do so many death metal videos, there’s just so much good stuff.
Deicide is my favourite Christian gospel band of all the time.
Aeon is my favorite personally.
Nun-slaughter is mine 😂
Nunslaughter and blasphemy are mine
LMAO 🤣 😂
Niiice choice of riffs bro, awesome to see younger generations worshipping old school carnage
recently discovered cryptopsy on my 17th birthday, favourite death metal band for the foreseeable future
They were my favorite band for a long time :)
Aw nice bro I’m 18 and Death is probably my favorite DM band
That’s exactly what happened to me
NOICE pick with the Phobophile. Amazing riff and well played!
Annihilation of the Wicked t shirt 🤘 nice skills bro
Thanks man! And yes! My favorite Nile album!
Second that! Annihilation of the Wicked blew my mind when I first heard it, I must have been 14 or 15. Still a top 5 for me 15 years later.
2:43 my favorite
that phobophile riff is just legendary...
_and a great way to get carpal tunnel :))_
I say slayer and kreator are the best starters for getting into death metal, even though they're thrash, they did lead the way for the birth of death metal
Kreator, slayer, sodom, dark angel, celtic frost and venom were definetly pre death and black metal bands
Immolation's riff is taken from their song "Into Everlasting Fire" (not "Burial Ground").
Yeah I realized that like a month and a half after. I was listening to Dawn of Possession in it’s entirety, and I was like “wait, this is not Burial Ground :y”
I’m 90% sure that the second part of pull the plug was played wrong. Other than that: killer playing- killer riffs.
I’m 100% sure I played it wrong, but I’d rather play it again correctly in another video than take this one down.
It's a remix 😉

thrash/death, somewhere between, like Cancer or Deaths early stuff, Scream Bloody Gore and To The Gory end are both pretty thrasy

Maze of Torment, is hard copy w. 1 gui.
