Thanks for uploading this, it's really nice being able to find these older more obscure cartoons for reference and work and such, really appreciate it!

Sorry but you won't find those on RUclips, only if a cartoon is in the public domain can it be uplaoded here without incident, like for intsance, this cartoon. Now there is an exception, some copyrighted cartoons have been uploaded on RUclips, but those really are something of an anomaly, maybe for some more obscure ones it's that the owners of the work haven't noticed or don't care much about it, maybe if a short isn't on DVD or Blu Ray they might be less rigid, however all we can really do is theorize about such things as we don't know, most companies that currently own classic theatrical cartoons from the 1920's to 1960's don't give statments on such minor things.
I will tell you this, Warner Bros. would quickly strike any unedited upload of a full Tom & Jerry cartoon or Top Cat episode. Now, if you would like to watch either of them every episode of Top Cat is available on the Boomerang Streaming Service, and on the "Top Cat - The Complete Series" DVD.
The two titles you have listed are not actaul titles, but assuming you are refering to a Tom And Jerry short which has a white mouse then you may be refering to "The Missing Mouse", which can be found on the Boomerang Streaming Service, the "Tom and Jerry Spotlight Collection Volume 2" DVD, "Tom and Jerry's Greatest Chases Volume 4" DVD, or the "Tom and Jerry - Hijinks and Shrieks."
Or you may be thinking of another short in which Jerry paints himself white called "Mouse For Sale" which can be found on the Boomerang Streaming Service, HBO Max, the "Tom and Jerry Spotlight Collection: Volume 3" DVD, and the "Tom and Jerry: Mouse Trouble" DVD.
If you have cable, then on MeTV or Channel Boomerang you may being able to catch the Tom And Jerry Shorts airing on television for free. I hope that this helps.
