Seeing Kim discovering herself as a Mother and questioning whether she is doing right or wrong is completely real and powerful, and just as Paddy himself said at no time did she mean to Hurt or mistheat Adam, she was just trying to do what's best for the child. Anyway Kim and Adam deserve to discover together the difficulties and joys of being parents, they chose each other, we've seen the drama now we deserve to watch happiness on screen , Marina and Paddy have already said that they can make happy scenes as much as the dramatic ones, they explode CHEMISTRY, we also deserve to watch the good part of this chemistry. So i hope the showrunner and the writes finally give us that in season 10!!!

No they’re not. When Kim tried to make a family with him all he did was play around with a fake engagement and screwing Haley in front of her face. Now suddenly he thinks he has a right to Kim’s daughter? Pfft. Yeah right. Adam is selfish, but Kim is no better.
@@LotsofLisa Yes they are a family because they decide to be, and if you stopped in time and didn't follow the evolution of the chacacters from the end of the engagement until now, i recommend you watch it again. And they both had others relationship and remained friends, the relationships ended and THEY decided to get involved again. And yes they will come back and they are endgame 😘😘😘
@@nandalima1295 They’re coworkers. After engagement they went separate ways. When Kim got promoted to Intelligence Adam ran away because he’s a man baby. When he got back he started screwing Hailey. Yet for whatever reason she picked Adam as her emergency guardian for Mac. Guardianship doesn’t mean the person moves in and plays house. It’s in case Kim is incapacitated or dies! Adam only comes around at his convenience. He has nothing else going on so here they are again. Kim is either desperate, crazy or both to keep letting him do this. It’s about control with Adam. He wants her in that house for control. She’ll never get rid of him if she accepts. Again, they’re both clowns, but Adam has no “right” to do anything with that child.
@@LotsofLisa I don't understand why people keep bring up Upton and adam being together they weren't really In a real relationship they were just having fun the only why upton was with adam because of what to halstead that is all they weren't even really in love anyway she was always in live with halstead it's just when halstead got shot she was so scared of losing him that run to adam and they decided at the bar after a case that they would continue to have their non loving relationship. So that relationship doesn't even count as a relationship between them and that doesn't mean anything they where just looking to have some fun they weren't even serious.
@@maryjoyner7006 People keep bringing it up because it’s a city with more than 22 million people, yet he had to screw the coworker that sits across the room of a six person unit. I know it was just for fun, but not for Kim. Adam doesn’t care about Kim’s feelings, never has.That’s why they were acting all awkward around her because duh… I remember the good old days when Voight didn’t even allow that kind of stuff. In fact he told Adam that if he kept giving Hailey “rides” they would need to fill out the proper paperwork and one transfer out. Jay and Erin were acting like runaway slaves trying to hide their relationship. It’s ok. We can agree to disagree.

I am double citizen ( ítalo argentine ) and I know just one way of feel love ( the latin way) , but Kim & Adam Can teach me, can make me feel the real American love and family way ( not for everyone) , they inspire us, they hurt us...,they make us angry..... , they make us fall in love all the time ( the message is not so simple here) the chemestry between these two great actors and the little child is amazing, beyond the writers and the args ( hard to find nowadays) ..., I just only can say, thanks for a lot Marina & Patrick!
Kim loves him. When it comes down to it she knows he is great for Makayla and couldn't see him hurt and be afraid of losing. I love the moment at the very end when they are holding each other's hands. The mak kidnapping was tough and she said what she said but he is still in Makayla's life and I think she will say yes to what he asked in 920.
Kim uses Mac to hurt Adam. One day they are family and when she is mad at Adam she tells him she is her daughter. He has has done everything possible to be there for her and Mac and she still treats him like dirt. Mac loves Adam and he is a more stable person to be a parent for her. For her to keep him away from her is just selfish. When she ask him to move out, I cried to see how much that killed him. The writer need to make Kim caring and nice to Adam and do the right thing for Mac. 7 yrs of her slapping Adam in face is enough.
Slapping Adam in the face?… pfft. What show have you been watching? He lied to her about wanting to get married, lied about Kim being his 3rd fiancée and later started screwing Haley. As soon as Kim goes about her business, here comes Adam. Now, at his convenience he wants a family with her and a right to her daughter? Yeah, I think not. They’re both clowns.

It's disgusting to read so much misogyny about kim in these comments, and even more disgusting because it comes from women. I hate how writes just write traumas for her, and them forget to deal with the consequences, or else decide to make her traumas stories for other characters. Anyway i love how Adam has always been, is and will be with her, that is uncondional love, they don't even have to get marriage on paper (but we deserve to get married, because they're the only OG couple in this franchise). Married is about choices and they chose each other in good and bad parts, relationships is not about saving someone, it's about living the good times and bad together, and that's what they already do. ❤️👊🏻

I totally agree with you, the chemistry between the these great actors and the little child is amazing, beyond the writers and the args ( hard to find nowadays) but there is something else very subtle and powerful, Respect, for themselves and their characters, they teach us all the time that this framework ( Respect ) , everything concerning a man and a woman is a place where others we are out....

Yea see we all saw how well that went right after mack got kidnapped and when saw her swearing and screaming in Adam's face and push him in chest saying that he never listened to her and that mack is not his daughter she's mine daughter. And then right after that when Adam was overdosed on a case trying to save another kids life kim let the man move out into that horrible undercover apartment. We all now know the Kimberly Burgess is no good for Adam and he should just move on.

The writers needs to send in new love interests for them both like the writers should get a romance for Kevin and not get him back together romantically again with what's her name the first lady that don't like cops whom he met at a bar. What about Dr Scott's sister for Kevin as his romantic love interests.
