I'm so happy and excited you really did it... I know it's a little more demanding that just standing and shooting. Also other people see that running archery is not impossible, you can do it after perfect warmup even with arrows behind your belt. Amazing video, love it, thanks!
You have really inspired me Charlie, I was not very familiar with your videos until I saw Miguel's response to the challenge. I have since subscribed and will be learning all I can from your videos. Keep up the great work, Armin can't do this forever and you look young and spry enough to be a good replacement one day ;)
Thank you so much for sharing your first ‘Running Archery’ steps! 😁🙏 I’ve enjoyed watching it a lot! 😄 I totally agree: the warming up exercises have been very beneficial (at least for us)! 🤣🤣🤣 Much fun and keep running! 😊👍
OMG! I love the Benny Hill beginning! You are so lucky to have been picked by Charlie, I am jealous. I have to try this, so cool. Great job! Cheers to all of you, Armin, Charlie, Agama and of course Miguel!
This is outstanding Hirmin. At 63 yrs. old, I could definitely use a change up in my physical fitness regimen, and since I am an Archery Practitioner and coach. This is certainly a nice enhancement and challenge in both motor skills, and accuracy to my Daily archery sessions. Love it🙏🙏...thanks for posting friend 😇🙏🏹🇺🇸🇵🇭👍
I'm so glad You did that video Armin! Moving archery is so much more fun! And forest runs are on top of that. AND Charlie is the guy!! Thanks for all Your work!
good exercise. I've never been good at exercising, but getting exercise from "work" or from doing something fun that is physical (hiking/camping) is no problem for me. Practical exercise.
Wow! You are so gorgeous. Your channel is only channel that analyzes various type of bows in detail and gives manymany tips for archery. In many your videos, I can feel your passion for checking even the smallest details to hit the target. Thanks to you I learned a lot. I subscribed your channel.
Well, now you’ve had your workout; time for another cup of coffee. You earned it, cheers. I suppose that in the beginning you need to start somewhere and reduce the number of variables, so you choose a foot to shoot from. If you can strike with either hand off your connection to the earth with either foot, it would apply here as well. I believe that your next workout will include hurdling over the bales and only shooting while airborne. After that you, deserve 2 cups of coffee.
Moin, Nice, euer running archery.

Hello armin, i have a question. I live in the UAE which is a hotter climate but less humid (still pretty humid around 65% in the summer) than yours. I was wondering how safe are laminated bows to shoot here?
They get stressed out pretty easily. If you take care and dont leave them in direct sun for too long it will be fine. still it can be critical with the heat (esp. when the bow is black or dark)
@@ArminHirmer I actually ordered a sipahi style bow from Simsek a couple of days ago. it shipped yesterday and should come soon. Anyway, Thank you so much for the advice. Seems like there is a reason why some bow materials were popular in different areas of the world (horn in Central Asia, wood in Europe, ect...)
@@ArminHirmer I initially bought the toparchery laminated tatar style bow, then i said to myself "I wonder if armin reviewed this bow", not knowing laminated bows dont do well in hot and humid climates, and i found the video. needless to say that when i watched your video i became nervous 😅. Luckily the bow was delivered to the wrong address and they refunded me, so i had a second chance to order the right bow for my circumstance.
Question: my question is not about the video, I just need some help. I have a "horse bow" and the leather wrapping on the handle has worn down where the arrow releases from. There is now a hole in the leather leading down to the string wrapping underneath. how would I go about fixing/repairing/replacing it? thank you for your help.
Hi Meister Armin !! Afraid of horses ?????🤔 no problem... You maybe can find a ytb sudscriber who can do the horse for you ... I think it will be a great event on your channel and a great pleasure for us , to see Mr Armin shooting arrows from his back !!! Sure you can reach the million views with that !!! 😂😂😂 Richard Lionheart 👍😎🏹🇫🇷
it can be, for Charlie it is about running and jumping while shooting. I think if you learn horseback archery, there is no need to run and shoot. The body motion is different (as the horse does the running job)
I can sort of understand the practicality of walking and shooting in a hunting situation, for instance a target of opportunity as you walk through the trees or fields, but running seems to have no common sense practicality whatsoever, I cannot think of any situation where you would want to be running and shooting, either from a historical or a modern point of view, running and shooting just seems completely nonsensical and even dangerous! Although I definitely think there's a place for Armin's style of singing whilst running and shooting!
I'm so happy and excited you really did it... I know it's a little more demanding that just standing and shooting. Also other people see that running archery is not impossible, you can do it after perfect warmup even with arrows behind your belt. Amazing video, love it, thanks!
the next level would be bikemounted archery and then the highest level, horsemaounted archery. :)
You are a great Archer and we get excited with your style. Cheers 😁

This might actually get me to run!🤣 Looks like fun. I don’t have access to a horse to do mounted archery, so this will have to do!
My thought exactly :)!
Charlie got me to run and this is really something!

Great job to all the participants well done sir. 👍🏼🎯🇺🇸
Unintentionally this is a really good idea for a cardio workout for archers.
good exercise. I've never been good at exercising, but getting exercise from "work" or from doing something fun that is physical (hiking/camping) is no problem for me. Practical exercise.
Me too...cut brush, stack wood that kind of stuff I can do all day but to just run bores me to tears. Maybe if someone is chasing me with a knife.
That's a good way to make your morning run more interesting!
This is one awesome channel. I have learnt something new in every upload watched. Thanks for sharing. ATB
Thank you for watching
Ahahahaa!
Taking the piss as He Mastered it anyway!
All the best Armin, make everthing groovy already.
I enjoy watching your videos Armin, you've inspired me to buy one of those snake bows and give it a try. Keep it up brother.
Have fun and thanks for watching
Looks like fun.
i love your warm up routine mr armin! hehe I sometimes shoot with the bow runningm, to vary a bit from the typical static shot !
Nicely done! And it looks like fun
It's exhausting! Hehe, I'm imagining how Olympic archers with all their gadgets do this rituals. 😂
Would love to see that too :D
Well done Armin

@@almubarizunarchery4607 you can check the bows from Simsek, they are some kind of "plastic" but very good and they withstand every weather condition.

Your mic was cutting out quite a lot while you were running.
Thanks for the lesson though!

the moment you turn your back to the receiver, it cuts out... figured later but did not want to do THAT again hahahahaha

I just wanted to ask, what bow you would recommend for a 26 inch draw- the gera fox or bogars assyrian bow?
Hi Ole. Both great. I guess with 26" the Fox might perform a bit better
