As much as I love Jim Cummings as he's a tour de force of vocal talent... there's just something special about Paul Winchell's portrayal of Tigger that puts him at the top for me. And it's not like I'm a stickler for original vocal talent. I vastly prefer Jim as the voice for Winnie the Pooh rather than Sterling Holloway, and I think Tony Jay made for a better Shere Khan than George Sanders. But Paul... he'll always be the primo Tigger voice in my book.

This is great, seeing him on camera performing the Tigger voice, and how fun it would've been had he sang "Stop the Pigeon!" on camera in his Dick Dastardly voice. "Stop the Pigeon!" is the name of the theme song of the animated series 'Dastardly and Muttley and their Flying Machines'.

Paul Winchell also played the voice of Boomer the woodpecker from The Fox and The Hound.
He even uses his Tigger voice for Boomer. When heard Boomer talk for the first time I was like "HEY that's Tigger!"
