I'd suggest, the 4 of you, leave your vans in storage. And go to Columbia and lease a Large Van to travel and sleep in. You can buy cots to sleep on (in the Van) and live out of backpacks.
After you've seen the sites go back to Panama. (keep it simple)
In case that you decide to buy a piece of land, in Boquete or anywhere else, take your time and look around.
You might find that the best properties many times are not in the market, only until you get word around with the locals you could find a real gem.
Only then get a realtor involved, to make sure that transaction is properly handled.
You could end up with a lower purchase price, or a bigger than expected piece of land.
Do what ever makes you happy guys
Just stay there and enjoy each other and your fabulous friends.

I think you should continue on. You will always wonder what lay ahead. You can always come back to this place and stay as long as you want. This opportunity only comes once in a lifetime.
You can always return and set up shop. Luca and Sara are having fun after they got Lucky Leaw back. Max and Lee have had some amazing adventures on the other side. So you need to decide if you still want to see what is out there.
I'm sure there's more than a few of us willing to come down and help build the 'Nomadic T&A Tiny House Community' ... or 'Frank and Lola's Freedom Farm' but...NEVER stop with the videos.
Making this trip seem so safe and exciting. Great to see things through your eyes because you do such a professional job now making all these videos. Talk about you guys all the time! Keep up the great work! You do you!!!

Trent’s comment about Allie’s smile was so heart warming. And the smile when she turned around on the path in slow motion was a perfect example. Trent I can’t quite see you not traveling somehow. You love the adrenaline rush and the new experiences. But being a van owner I can see where the desire to have a little more room etc would be nice. A small house in an affordable area and then continue to travel from there. No way could the two of you sit in one community. Plus think of all the pastries yet to be tried. I hear Paris has a few good pastry chefs.

I think stay for now at least and see how it goes. It sounds like you and Nomadic Movement really love the area. You can always take trips later to South America if the travel bug hits again. I hope we still get some videos either way!

Here is an awesum tip that will change how U eat oats. Roast them in a skillet with butter until they are golden and the add Ur milk or water. I also like to add cinnamon and nutmeg. If U add sugar put a pinch of salt is another secret. Now i am gonna make sum cus i jus made myself crave it. Wish i had berries ☮️❤️🤗

I would say to stay for a period of time and see how it is. Could be a cool thing to do for a decent period of time and then determine if you want to truly spend the serious amount of coinage to go to the next spot.
I say stay awhile; if something is telling you to stay in one place for a time, (forever?), then listen to it. And if your wanderlust returns, then head out. Simple!

Stay where you are. I was watching another you tube family that was speaking to a restaurant owner which helps people find land and settle down there. I cant think of the whole name of their channel. It was something no boundaries or something like that. It's a woman with girls that travel around the world. And Boqueta Is one of her favorite places. Tell Jordan and Kaleigh about this, since their looking at land.
You can eat frozen eggs... especially in something like pancakes. Don't get rid of them. I am amazed at how brave traveling young nomads are... no fear of anything. I see danger everywhere and you two are so brave and carefree... it is a beautiful thing to be so free.
Food looks great… I recently had a chorizo quesadilla at a local Mexican place… Yum Yum…we have had a large Mexican/Central American influx of new residents over the past 20 years…Excellent for Philadelphia!!!!
Go to South America. When you reach Patagonia, you'll understand why I suggested you continue. When you're done in South America, why not ship your van to Europe, and continue on from there?

Killer video you guys seem so relaxed. Love to see you guys go to South America! But not easy Max and Lee are taking a break right now for a couple weeks 3 weeks South America really kick their ass. you guys go a little slower pace which is good they're complaining about having video once a week. Really appreciate the amount of videos you guys put out definitely a lot more work. And the nomadic movement they do a great job too glad to see you guys back together just feels better somehow. safe travels. Go for it you came this far South America just a little ways away!!
It would be nice to learn how to buy property, build, and live in central america. It's fun to see the exploring of new territories by bus. However, what are the challenges of moving to another country... It was interesting to watch the video of Sonya helping you guys get motorcycle licenses. Not what I expected. Maybe Trent and Allie buy a property and build a garage where van lifers can stop and repair their van and drink good coffee and pastries. Love the videos. Keep having fun.

you guys seem like decent friends who could all chip in to be that community you desire..sharing wont be a problem as ownership is not the objective..so id buy together and build..invite other travellers and use it as a base you can take off from..ive seen some fantastic homesteads that have been built by volunteer friends..learn to can vegatables from the grocers store the first year while preparing the ground for growing your own in year 2..by year five you could be fully established..you could have a bar a sauna and big outdoor grill and an international homestead..
im in if you can supply plenty of sex drugs and rock n roll...hahaah and a plant based diet..x

This place really seems ideal. Why not make it your home base, then after awhile continue some travels part time and give yourselves a break? I think the weather, the shops available and the ExPats community are not something you will find again. To really tell if this area is for you, perhaps find a cheaper way than shipping the van to travel, then come back and see if you still feel this place is worthy of calling home!
What a great dilemma you guys have. Both options are good ones. No matter the choice you choose, it should be good either way. If you stay you could have possibly found your forever home. A place that you can put down roots and be come pioneers for the next group of settlers. If you go, you continue your adventure and who knows what you're going to find. Maybe something better or maybe something that will confirm that Panama is certainly the place for you. Either way, two good choices to have. One caveat, the cost of continuing further, if it becomes so costly that it will affect your lifestyle and prohibit you from enjoying the journey,then my advice is don't do it. The reason for the journey is the new adventures and positive experiences. If finances become a concern then there goes the positive experiences. Great videos and I'm sure you guys have already figured it out.

Is Allie really this positive, and smiley all the time, or does she turn it on for the camera? Seems to me she isn't faking, and might possibly be the most positive person I've ever seen. I see a dark side in Trent, but for the most part, pretty positive as well, I just started watching, and are amazed people like this exist, I am surrounded by negativity, including myself, so I find you more appealing than the Van life, although I really wish I could do the van life as well.
