The edge of his stock was pushed into his plate carrier to give the weapon more stability. When shooting a rifle wearing kit, often it is difficult to get the buttstock seated flush on your shoulder/pec area due to the armor. So to help compensate, you can just dig the edge of the buttstock into the top part of your plate carrier. I do this during training.

From my understanding the Secret Service strongly recommends you have prior law enforcement or military experience (maybe even do special operations if possible) to even have a shot in getting accepted into the agency. Trust me there's no such thing as "over qualification" when it comes to the USSS. It is the hardest law enforcement in America to get into and one of the best in the world.

My hopes is that I join one of these law enforcement agencies but I do not want to be away from my friends and family. So I’m sticking with me staying in my city law enforcement.
