CISF, CRPF, ARMY, Navy, AirForce, SSB, BSF, all have QAT’s.
I was a Srilankan Special Forces member, got a chance to attend few training programs with Indian army special units , they are very brave , knowledgeable and highly dedicated to there duty , to creat a special forces member not a easy task it’s million times your mental strength, hats of to Indian NSG .blessing for all warriors from Srilanka

My father served in NSG for over 4 years and he participated in various operations like operation Vijay, operation parakram and operation akshardham..... And even now when he say about those operations, goosebumps approach all over the body...
operation vijay happened in 1961, prakaram in 2001-2002 and akshardham in 2002 ....... he served for 4 years but manage to be a part of 3 missions 40 years apart?

Yesterday, I watched the movie 'MAJOR,' which is based on the inspiring story of the late NSG commando, Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan. He was an exceptional training officer at NSG and made the ultimate sacrifice during Operation BLACK TORNADO (26/11 Attack), bravely confronting and neutralizing 4-5 terrorists single-handedly. Despite being aware of his injuries, he chose to protect the hostages, displaying unparalleled courage. His final words to his team were, 'Don't come up, I will handle them.'
I strongly recommend every citizen to watch such impactful movies and encourage their children to consider serving our nation. It is essential to recognize and honor the supreme sacrifices made by our soldiers, ensuring that their legacy lives on.

I had been to Major Sundeep Memorial Trust in Bengaluru and everyone must visit to get inspired. When I asked if love story in Major film was real, the family told its not and Major Sandeep was not a romantic person. He had been life long achiever and his memories in his residence is a proof.

In the video itself there are men bearing these ranks.
NSG consists of men from Army, CAPF & Police. Its a combination.
The DG was an IPS in the video.
The ratio of North Eastern people in special forces beit NSG, ARMY, NAVY to the population of India shows the grit and patriotism in them.

Last week at the Military Literature Festival in Chandigarh, me and my 3 academy batchmates sat in the theatre hall where this film was being shown. When we sat down , my friend signaled me to see who was sitting directly in front of me . Because of the darkness in the hall and my position, I couldn't see who was it. When I looked properly, It was an NSG Captain. Later, I met the officer and had a great conversation. JAI HIND!
I feel lucky to be an Indian and I will do my best for contributing in growth and raising the stature of our great nation.

My brother is serving currently in Indian naval force.. He left his family at the age of 17 n half to protect India from Terrorism ... I salute my brother and his sacrifice for the nation and will continue to serve same like past

The three forces their mandate is to combat external threat their utility is particularly in wartimes,for internal issues,law and order and guarding borders state police and paramilitary is used they are(capf) are also listed as police as army can't be posted on borders by international conventions/rules army with crpf and state police mainly deals with terrorism in j&k apart from jk NIA and stf deals with terrorism and the 3 forces or mainly airforce and navy have no role in internal issues unless it is a external threat 🫠
I have a friend in the NSG. My respect for him has increased by manifolds after watching this so much so that the next time I meet him, I will have to salute him.

I'm proud of My grandfather who was a Kuki INA during II world in Manipur under the leadership of Subhash Chandra Bose. Moreover I was also NCC served 3 yrs and got 1 Gold Medal , 1 Silver Medal and 1 Brown Medal 🏅 during TSC camp in New Delhi in 2011 and all things possible bcoz of my GOD and Kungfu

I served with them for four years before moving to SAS for a SMO
(Special Military Operation) in Central Asia. Two tough years with the French Foreign Legion in the Congo before training Red Berets in the States on a six month contract. Packed it in for good on waking up!

that trainer is the pefect example of what every trainer should be like - calm, composed and most importantly patient and doens't raise voice uneccesarily because one can do so. Respect + 100 . Also he resembles top model. Whoever picked him in nsg and most importantly trainer has my respect. Discipline comes internally not by being annoying to juniors

I'm unfortunate, not got apportunity to serve my motherland. So I served with all my integrity in my domain (Mechanical Engineering, Project and engineering design. Whenever motherland will call, I will be there with all my expertise and efforts. Jai Hind 🇮🇳
This documentary literally did give me tears. I'm in 30's, my dream / wish was to be a 'NSG / SPG Commando'. During my school days, I used to play my all time favorite game "Counter Strike: Condition Zero" in a desktop computer. My parents and teachers used to complain particularly regarding this game that I play a lot which glorifies violence and didn't focus on my studies completely and was a below average student. For me personally, it was not just a game but it taught me the brief lesson about counter terrorism for which even a school textbook doesn't / cannot describe. During school and college days, I was very skinny like a skeleton with no sports or physical background which made my dream crash completely and no guidance from anyone. 2 months back, I was on a solo trip to Vietnam and did shoot real weapons of K54 Pistol and M16 rifle which gave me a life changing experience. Even now I always maintain a Crew Cut as a discipline and many people think I'm into Police or Armed Forces which brings a smile indeed.
A piece of advice / suggestion for everyone - "dream but dream to pursue and work on it, it gets achieved for sure !"
A documentary about Armed Forces should be shown in every school as to how they protect our terrain from evil terrorism. We should always be thankful to Armed Forces for serving us and protecting us from each and every obstacle, be it day or a night.

The last shot of the chair and the story of major unnikrishnan was the reason I watched this episode.I watched the full coverage of Taj attack on the news and got to know about NSG commandos when I was just a 11 yr old kid .Since then the respect for not only for these commands but also for all the defence soldiers has increased each day .Salute to our bravehearts and thanks for safeguarding our land .jai hind ❤😊
