Jackie Chans numbers would be epic
He probably hits more but he gets hit alot and doesn't kill that many. It would be interesting.
Facts JC barely kills.
Jackie Chan vs. Jet Li vs. Bruce Lee
Jackie Chan has kicked more ass than the rest of the planet COMBINED.
Jackie Chan vs Jet Li vs Bruce Lee vs Donnie Yen battle royal. Grab your clicker and get to work boys. This needs to happen.
These must take so long to make! quality content

They can make up the numbers and you will never know
High quality content in these videos. Very interesting and hugely entertaining for cinephiles, or movie lovers, like myself. Great job to the creators. Love to see more! 👍
dude who watched all those movies and counted the hits must be going crazy now from all the muscle flexing and grunting
Lon Harris
I was just discussing with someone how pathetic these two are to have points systems and people checking how many times they get hit in a movie. THE PERFECT VIDEO FOR ME
The undisputed king of "I don't take hits" in film is still (and will always be) Steven Seagal.
The blows of his foes are always deflected by his ego powered force-field
@@sageoz9886 lololol 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Watch his interview on Scott Adkins channel. It's great. Art of Action.
2 mins in and they've already put in too much thought in this video.
Charlie Sheen killed 290+ (they stop counting at that number) bad guys in Hot Shots 2. These two "action stars" lack tiger blood!
One with an chicken.
That really was the "bloodiest movie ever!" 😉😉🤣🤣
Arnie has Terminator
Stallone has Rocky
Willis has Die Hard
Reeves has John Wick
Neeson has Taken
Rock has...Jumanji 2?
Don't worry...Black Adam is on the horizon.
@@Hardbody217 it could be another Hellboy
Scorpion King maybe?
The rock has his own wrestler version of him
This video would be more epic if you show us 95% of the ass kicking and talk 5% of it… not the otherway
Who cares what their character did? It's obvious The Rock would absolutely destroy Vin in a real fight.
You can tell the influence of wrestling with the Rock in the fact that he wanted his opponents to get good hits in and to fight him back
So in layman's terms, Vin Diesel is the hulk Hogan of the movie industry? Lol
@@phantomsoldier87 lol would fit with how much he's a diva
I wanna see them add Arnold Schwarzenegger to this count just to crush them.
And see them driven before him
I want to see Stallone just to add up all the punches he takes in the Rocky series.
@@moreparrotsmoredereks2275
Stallone once said:
"Bird."
Yeah its what i expected. Vin Diezel's filmography is exclusively action-themed. Its what made him famous for better or worst. The Rock on the otherhand is more flexible in his roles and a lot of them are gentle giants even on some action films.
hes pretty cringy in his non-action movies though. Can blame that on the writers i guess.
@@asmosisyup2557 they both are in their own way. But i prefer rock in comedies than serious scenes or romantic scenes.
The results surprised me. I didn't consider how often the Rock gets beat up/killed compared to Vin .
@@devonnobles1083 its sometimes hilarious when the rock gets beat up because its unexpected. Look up The Rundown, a tiny Filipino beat him up.
Wow! Ben Wyatt himself would applaud the thought you've put into those rules.
The most important statistic is who'd win in RL in a fight between those two? The Rock wins hands down! The Rock also wins in the categories of who actually seems like nice guy and who would you rather hang out with. The Rock wins.
The Rock's got mad charisma.
Still patiently waiting for the next Riddick movie.
dear god why?
@@stevenr6397 lol they're my favorite Vin movies. I can quote the Chronicles and Pitch Black word for word. Awesome tag lines and quips. I don't understand how ppl don't like them
This is insanely well done and statistically sound.
When your as big as the rock is, you allow the little men to take a few wins to keep their spirits up.
This is such a cool series. You can make follow up episodes called "round 2" every 5 years after they make more movies and the numbers just have to be updated.
Nice.
This was nuts. Great video!
am i the only one who thinks the rock came out on top in the hit ratio? like, he proves he can take as good as he gets, which makes him a tougher badass.
honestly this was the single thing I was curious about since they spent so much time highlighting the who gets hit more clause in the contracts. Once that was established I felt this entire scenarios ACTUAL winner would be whichever of the 2 took more hits and died more. So no...not just you.
Exactly. I feel like this is one of the reasons Bloodshot didn't do well, he's playing an invincible guy, just like Triple X, and the Fast movies, and Chronicles of Riddick. It's boring because there are no real stakes, you know he will always win the fight. I've watched interviews with Vin, he's got some ego, even with the stage name, I mean the Rock at least wants his real name to be in the credits.
You guys forgot Walking Tall for the rock where it’s literally him beating ppl with a 2x4
I too was hoping to see scenes from that movie.
1 hour to prep the rules, 5 minutes to count the blows ^^
I'm here for ALL the jokes from computer, and the analytics are so fascinating. Bravo!
I like it better when these show clips for every hit, with the tally going. But still fun.
This is really solid work, for a question we've all asked but no one's really bothered to gather the evidence for. Credit where it's due, bravo Lon! 👏 👏
the results did not surprise me actually, but it was amusing to see it meticulously calculated
"Set jokes to off."
"No."
😂
You forgot to add in The Mummy Returns, Skyscraper,Pain & Gain plus A Man Apart
There was at least one scene from The Mummy Returns (The CGI Scorpion King), and presumably those films were included in the counts, just not given individual breakdowns in the video.
I mean.. The Rock would squash me in a fight in nano seconds.. I feel like I might be able to beat Vin Diesel.
Great comparison! Thanks for tracking.
Honest trailer for The Pacifier, please
Wow...like, wow .. How do you quantify a feud? Well done, Fandom.
please release the 6 hour cut of all the action scenes you surveyed
But, if you subtract total hits taken from total hits given, the rock has done more aggregate damage with 577 to Vin's 428. And I think it could be argued it takes a bigger badass to take more hits and still come out on top.
I'm not really sure why you chose to use mean average to compare their hit scores; totals just makes more sense to me.
Nope... no of films also matter
577 damage in 30 films VS 428 damage in 16 fiims
Can we get a Morgan Freeman vs Samuel L Jackson vs Sean Connery to see who has gotten more screen time and film credits, as well as a kill count?
awesome comparison. Now which of them is happier in life? A count of actual smiles and laughs they engage with over their films might tell a different story.
The layout of the title card has the eyes naturally focus on the stars, next you glance to what is in front of them/covering them up. So it's Diesel, Johnson, and then "MORE ASS?" You teases!
Holy shit this is awesome. Thanks!!!
The Rock and Vin Diesel are lightweights compared to Keanu Reeves, the best action star of all-time.
Check the cast of the expendables and then check each actor's filmography. Standouts are Stallone and Van Damme. Keanu is a lightweight.
I love Keanu but he is not the best action star of all time 😂
@@Strykar86 I will forgive you for that statement because you probably didn’t grow-up in the 90’s. Let me list a few of Keanu’s Blockbusters:
1. Speed
2. The Matrix (1-3), 4 coming soon
3. Point Break
4. John Wick (1-3), 4 coming soon
5. Constantine
The first 4 are iconic, and the 5th is a cult favorite.
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha! Bruh what ARE YOU SMOKING?
Although im a die hard DJ fan, I was pleasantly surprised. Great work Fandom!
I am also a Don Johnson fan, Miami Vice was the bomb!
No mention of The Rock in "Walking Tall'?!
The Rundown is underrated and flew under so many radars.
I loved it...but when I saw it is was called 'Welcome to the Jungle'. Maybe it has different names in different countries?
Shouldn't you count The Rock's wrestl... I DOESN'T MATTER!
As always, thank you so very much for the video.
Totally amazing video and you miss one of the rock movie is walking tall and I love the rundown love see a sequel to that. Fantastic job
Watched this just because it take a looot to make a video like this. Damn good job.
It must take a while to do these number counts through a combined total of 48 movies. Congrats to the people who did the counting. Impressive. I would what Arnold's numbers are by comparison for mostly 80s and 90s movies compared to Stallone. I bet you already did a video on that.
I wouldn't want to be the guy having to count the hits between Goku and Freeza
Damn, thats a real work done here!
Just here for the Southland Tales references. “I’m a pimp, and pimps don’t commit suicide”
What about Stallone vs Arnold?
Lol I think Stallone would lose the hits because I don't think he blocks a single punch in any Rocky movie.
@@iamsofakinghigh Arnold as the terminator takes a lot of damage
That would be unfortunate when they compare deaths. Arnold has "died" as the same character at least 4 times....
Uhh, hate to break it to you but the shots you see landing on the croc in Rampage are only the tracer rounds. Really you are looking at a few hundred, to a few thousand rounds hitting the croc.
Rules though, only hits they can visibly confirm count.
"Or whatever Southland Tales is" lol
We’ll see how this changes with jungle cruises and Shazam 2
A video like this for Stallone and Schwarzenegger would be amazing. But I imagine it would take a LOT of time to make lol!....
They both took way more blows.
Dwayne seems more like the fun guy and Vin the serious all business guy. I'd rather hang out with Dwayne than Vin.
Wait until Black Adam comes out
But has Vin Deisel ever won a WWE championship? Did Vin Deisel retire Stone Cold? I didn’t think so
You should just meme this concept and do all the other actors and how they compare with each other. A lot of great ideas in the comments list
John Wick: *hehe, I can beat those numbers by the end of my next movie*
I know it's not his most kills but the intensity of action in Faster is insane.
Lol so Vin Diesel has the more fragile ego and lawyers that fight for him to be impossibly bada$$ in every movie. Meanwhile the Rock is a humble funny guy who isn't afraid to be human I mean dude wore a fat suit. I think we know who the real winner is. The one who doesn't need to project a persona and is just his silly buff self. Literally everyone but the fast and furious actors love the Rock. And they hate him because he's a bigger star and those movies are their bread and butter.
batfleck crushed the numbers in one warehouse scene
I love this very scientific analysis haha, well done....
I won't spoil the outcome but before I watched my comment would have been - I like The Rock more but would put my money on Vin Diesel.
Personally I give it to the Rock. His ego is MUCH stronger since he doesn’t have a problem losing, dying, or being a bad guy on camera. Vin’s ego would just shatter if he had to do that.
i wish theyd just chill out and get alone with eachother, theyre both awesome!!
Just when I thought this internet has lost all hope....this, this right here is exactly what it's for
I think there were some considerable KOs left out here. Firstly, the Rock has beat John Cena, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania. Also he fights literal superhero Hurricane Helms. He's also knocked out Toronto Canada, Sacramento, as well as KOTR Mr Ass Billy Gunn with nothing but Promos. He's had to go up against and beat monsters like The Undertaker, Kane, and The Wyatt Family. He also took down the Super Tough Dude King Baron "Cracky" Corbin on Smacldiwns premier episode on Fox.
Yep, I just watched this whole video.
THE ROCK VS VIN DIESEL!
I'm curious were the Jumanji movies counted in this? Because there was that one scene where every hit the rock did was a knockout.
Vin diesel always wins.
A kill count-off for James Bond 007 actors would be cool
The Rock is still the clear winner
I don't think you should include hits on them when they know it won't do anything like in Bloodshot. Imagine doing a comparison of how many hits the different actors playing superman have taken and using that as a negative and including all the bullets that hit him or the Terminator films and counting all the bullets that the T1000 takes. It takes a lot of bullets because it has no reason to dodge them cause they cause no lasting damage and just standing there taking the hits and being unfazed is more of a sign of badassery than weakness.
Calling Vin buff while standing next to The Rock?
Dude okay i got interested in seeing Donnie vs Vin, went to check it out... And right off the bat Xander took two hits. He was tossed into the car by Michael, and then tripped kicked by Donnie
please make jackie chan vs jet li
Give me Keanu Reeves over these guys any day
They should both be in the same boxing movie.
Haha I just skipped to the end for the result
So Vin just won at "Who's the Better Killer"? I think Kyra lost to him as well.
Great video but the backing music is so annoying, it has a low level constant beeping!
No one is more untouchable than Steven segal
THEY SHOULD JUST SETTLE IT AT WWE!
We've gotta throw Jason Statham into the mix.
Southland tales was definitely something alright
Going to say it's the Rock before finishing this video.
Lethal Enforcers: The Movie would definitely up the count
Can I request doing Stallone and Arnold?
Family wins in the end
The rock wins on catch phrases
Vin should've done more Riddick films than Fast and the furious films imo
You seem to have forgotten Doom (2005)
Come onnnn Riddick 4
These guys are trying to be the Stallone and Schwarzenegger of our generation
The narrator must have had a hard time holding back the tears each time he was scripted to say that that F.A.N.D.A. computer did the computations.
Please do a Deadpool vs Wolverine by the numbers
Jesus that must have taken so many man hours.
There are youtube videos of Rock being Alien. There aren't any of Diesel. It is what it is. One will never be cool, no matter how ripped.
You forgot the Rock's WWE career
