    Nail polish remover or acetone will allow you to break down super glue or crazy glue so that you can un-glue any magnets that you used.

    I love it..some feromagnetic metals instead of 3D printing would have made it really robust and even more powerful. Then the fact that it couldn't run quickly and smoothly is due to the strong cogging effect as you used iron bolts as magnetic cores. You might have reduced the cogging effect if you used more turns in the coils or used a thicker copper wire to strengthen the magnetic field and thus overcome the cogging.

    good job, the rotors would have to be made of aluminum so that this doesn't happen, and that motor using it as a generator with high RPM would be very efficient I imagine, thanks.

    Use 16 oblong iron cores with 16 flatwire coils 1/2" wide strips minimum. The geometry projects a field better if your magnet array is insulated to shaft using a copper ring at a radius of about 3/5 of the cores. Further boost it by adding a pair a negative centered cow magnets at opposite sides of the magnet array because having coils from the array in series with these, you get negative repelling negative repelling negative into a charge field oblong shape about the entire thing on a plane, which causes charge energy to spin in the copper ring thereby pushing negative energy into ground of all parts , even the holders of cow magnet centers, which use extra energy made as a phenomenon of 15 flatwire layers called zero point discovered by Tesla, so long as a carrier wave comes each 14turn on the right timing.
    In the 1908 model T, the carrier is distributor discharge to ignition coil .

    It would be much faster and more convenient to wind the coil outside the housing: first make several securing turns in the housing, remove the bolt, wind the coil, and only after that secure the bolts in the housing with glue 😊

    You can further increase the flux of the rotor by connecting the permanent magnets at the sides opposite to the coils with an iron ring. I do not recomment iron core coils because of their cogging forces. This is also the reason why axial flux motors usually work with air coils. The induction in the air gap is strong enough and well directed so iron cores for the coils have more disadvantages than advantages.

    Put an iron ring on both out sides of the magnets to bridge them all together, it will exaggerate the field being used giving your motor yet more torque.. it will be a decent electric generators as well 👍

    Было бы намного быстрее и удобней наматывать катушку вне корпуса: сначала сделать несколько закрепительных витков в корпусе, вытащить болт, намотать катушку, и только после этого закрепить клеем болты в корпусе 😊

      If you use 12 magnets on each wheel and 9 coils you can use it as a 3 phase ac alternator/ generator

    Definanetly works as a bike hub motor. But it need metal housing, and have a small air gap between the coil and magnets, with greasy shimms/washer.
    Theres duel axle motors on electric cars. But theyte connected by gearing system.

    take thise bolts and nuts and heat them up til they are red hot and drop them into freezing water, as much ice as possible then remove, wrap in wire like making an electro magnet, use the highest DC voltage you can and drop into nitrogen while Fully charged, the molecules will align, you must do this for each polarity, this will invur you to have 30-40% more efficiency and also keeping the torus tighter, I have taken brushless motors and done this and it makes neodymium so strong it can hurt if you smash a finger assembling, also using a positive charged bolt install opposing polarity nuts,

    Not the existing shaft-based motor,
    A shaft fixing motor would be good.
    If you put an electric wire in the center of the shaft and rotate the barrel like a wheel, it will be fixed with an existing motor frame so that the motor will not be easily damaged.

    Project very good but bearing fitting is wrong. Bearing fit to moving magnet pad so easy run smoothly speedly. Try it successfully. 😊

    На внешних торцах ротора должны быть установлены(приклеены ) железные кольца- магнитопроводы шириной равной диаметру магнита ,толщиной не менее 2мм. для максимального использования магнитов. При этом момент вращения увеличится на порядок !😃☝

    Hello, I think it would be even better if you use a non ferrous core on the coils (or air core), I made some pulse motors that are a stripped down version of your project, and, the fact that you need to neutralize the attraction of the magnet to the coil core before the motor starts rotating means wasted energy. Although, nice project!

      No. Sensored esc has additional input for hall wires and no back emf detection. Sensorless esc has back emf detection built in so no need for hall sensors wires.

    Bon projet. Dommage pour la fin. En fait il fallait mettre les 2 faces de rotor en position de répulsion au lieu de les mettre en attraction comme vous l'aviez fait. Si les aimants des 2 faces s'attirent au repos, alors, lorsque la bobine est alimentée par une impulsion, elle attire un rotor et repoussé l'autre. La durée de l'impulsion étant très courte, son effet electro magnetique s'estompe aussitôt puis les aimants en vis à vis des deux rotors s'attirent fortement et brusquement et s'empêchent de tourner. Les rotors s'attirent avec une telle force qu'on voit à la fin que vous avez du mal à les separer....
    Une autre possibilité aurait été d'alterner les polarité des aimants sur chaque face du rotor, face nord suivi d'une face sud etc..
    Une dernière solution aurait été de ne garder qu'un seul rotor. Ça aurait marché mais avec de la puissance e en moins.

    Fail. Los materiales muy débiles . Creo que tienen que ser más imanes que bobinas en conección tipo estrella. Con una conección común entre las 3 fases .
