Thanks for such simplified video.
My question is, can a Patient with a negative envelope antigen repeat the hepatitis B profile in the future,say after a year or two and then the envelope antigen will go from negative to positive or vice versa? That's moving from a state of viral dormancy to a state of viral active replication and vice versa after a year or two

yes it is possible especially if the patient has become immunocompromised or has a concomitant acute stressor and the virus begins to replicate and they become infective

Please is there any need for some one with chronic non replication hep B infection with Normal liver function test to be put on antivirals and liver
