RAILREEL DAY 1 Norfolk Southern Toledo Ohio May 4 2018

DAY 1 of my trip to Toledo, Fostoria and Bellevue Ohio May 4-9th. Day 1 was spent at NS Vickers Northwood Ohio and Holland Ohio. 12 trains in about 3 hours trackside including one with 4 partially completed NS rebuilds. Temps were around 65F but wind was gusting up to 60 mph so made for some inventive ways to keep the tripod from blowing away. Hope you enjoy it. Following days will be up in the next week or so as I get them completed. This one took 8 hours to convert from MTS to MP4 and 90 minutes to upload. Thanks for looking.

Holy Toledo was it windy!!
So now we finally get to see the man behind the camera! And 2 of your buddy's! I thought by the way you write your video descriptions and your comments. I thought you were a bit younger. Just like you hear a DJs voice on the radio and until you see a picture of him or her. You have no idea what they look like. But you look like you write!
Anyway this is 1 amazing video loved it!

railpast You look much younger than 75. More like 55 or 60.
Yeah I'm a bit just a bit seasoned myself at 62. Hey at least you got to see the end of steam and most likely the CN excursions with 6218 and 6060! My friend and I were planning on heading up to see 6060 in the 80s but it never worked out. Because of problems with vacation scheduling!

It was busy and I did not shoot them all as was talking to some friends. I did not get there until around 12 and then went to Holland about 2. In my area I would have had waited 2 days to get 12 trains. :-)
