I love how Juleka gets the absolute worst look of any Akumatized villain, and yet they make up for it by giving her the absolute BEST Miraculous Hero outfit.
Cat Noir / Adrien has had 4 miraculous costumes : Cat Noir, Cat Walker, Aspik, and Cat Noir + the snake miraculous. He has also had 2 akumatised costumes being cat blanc and ephemeral and they were insane as well. I think the only lacking costumes were Aspik and Ephemeral

Marinette was pretty annoying in this episode. But I’m glad that she at least understood that she was being selfish and apologized to Juleka and Luka. Tbh, I don’t think that she was properly thinking about Luka when she asked Juleka not to have him at the party because she was so overwhelmed, but the fact that she understood this at all and apologized definitely shows that she never meant to hurt anyone. It’s good that her and Luka became friends in the end for real. Anyway, besides that…I really loved the development for Juleka’s character and how well Ladybug, Chat Noir, and Purple Tigress worked together this episode. Everyone pulled equal weight, which is needed in more episodes. Now we just have to wait for Wishmaker.

@gamers station Marinette should be called out when she does something wrong (which she herself did), but it was acknowledged in the episode that she was wrong, and she apologized for it. She understood that she wasn’t thinking about Luka at all and made Juleka realize that she didn’t have to do something that was both impossible and rude.

@@butterflyindisguise3838 I mean, in this case, the worst consequence you can get is maybe Juleka being angry or something and Luka feeling sad about Marinette not wanting him there (both of which happened, though Juleka was more stressed than angry). There isn’t really any long-term consequence for something like that, and it’s very easy to make up for the kind of mistakes she made in this episode. It’s kind of the equivalent of getting into an argument with your parents or something and apologizing for it later. It isn’t really impactful in the grand scheme of things.
Everyone that isnt Adrien, Juleka or Luka was kinda acting off this episode. Aside from that though, I loved this episode quite a bit. I might not like the twin retcon, but the more Luka and Juleka the better. Also purple tigress (even if she's not purple >:( thats a dark wine/magenta) is probably the best designed hero so far. The stripes being lace fabric adds so much to the look.
@Edward Red Mendoza Thomas had said before that Luka was the older brother of Juleka (by two years, i think) but the age gap between him and Marinette was too great. Marinette is 14 turning 15 in season four but Juleka turned 16, so if they kept Luka as an older brother, then he would’ve been 18, so it technically isn’t even legal to date each other. so there was a retcon, but Luka’s age abs relation to Juleka was only stated by Thomas before Crocoduel

I was so annoyed about how dirty Juleka’s friends did her in this episode! Her literal best friends just went up and straight tried to use her own birthday as a way to get Marinette and her brother together. Guess her special day just doesn’t matter anymore. Not only that but Marinette having the AUDACITY to ask Juleka to uninvite her own BROTHER from THEIR birthday party at THEIR HOUSE!!!! Thank god she apologized because if she didn’t, I think I’d literally start to hate her forever. At this point I honestly think Juleka just needs to throw out all her friends and get herself some new ones! Regardless of this, she still manages to be amazing in this episode and I stan this queen 👑
I wish they didn’t make the “teenagers” act like little kids! I don’t like that they treat there audience as 1 year olds, other kids shows, like Avatar the last air bender and Gravity falls have more respect for their adult and children audience!

Juleka should have been the star of the show. Would have been nice to see how she comes out of her shell each season as the main hero, especially with Cat Noir, and watch her and Rose slowly become a couple other that Marinette. Just my opinion.
There’s this AU I know called Panthera Noire, where Jules gets the Black Cat Miraculous. I would recommend that if you’re looking for some main character Juleka content.

The tiger miraculous is a panjas bracelet or a “slave bracelet.” Apparently it’s pretty popular with the “goth” culture which is right up Juleka’s alley. It’s obvious they designed the miraculous to match her design. Although, we’ve seen some of the miraculous change pretty drastically to match the personality of the wearer, even going as way as to change shape or the type of jewelry it is
@StrawberryStar when Marinette wore the monkey miraculous, it turned from a crown into a headband and when Marinette wore the tiger miraculous, it changed its shapes to add three blue jewels and a different placement for the chain. Additionally, other miraculouses can minorly change shape between charged and camouflage mode, most notably the peacock miraculous which can often adds extra feather shapes to the miraculous when in camouflage mode. The mouse miraculous also slightly changes its shape depending on the wearer. If you look closely during Zoe’s transformation, the bee miraculous also takes on a slightly different shape when she’s wearing it. Not all miraculouses really have huge changes when they’re in camouflage mode, but based on what we’ve seen, we know it’s certainly possible. When I made that comment, I was mainly referring to the example of the monkey miraculous I mentioned above.
i think the main reason for exaltation being the power of the tiger is to symbolize Juleka coming out of her shyness as a “fierce tiger” and her power represents her increased self-strength

I think the name Violet Tigress would work better than Purple Tigress. Also, why don't this seasons new heros get to keep there Miraculouses? They aren't doxxed like everyone else was during the season 3 finale. It'd lift the burden off of Marinette and as long as the Optigami doesn't exist, they should be fine.
I can't tell if Marinette actually forgot or pretended to not know that Jagged was their dad because whatever tone she was speaking in it was in French, but she was probably pretending. Also, I'm glad that Shadow Moth was so irritated when it was taking him so long to akumatize people at the birthday party.
In Juleka's defense, she probably didn't tell Rose about her dad because she didn't want to burden her with her own problems since Rose has a lot to deal with already. It is actually pretty in character with her since she tends to try to stay quiet most of the time to not be a burden to others (she isn't but she clearly feels so).
I don't think she's improving she's getting much worse. And the other thing that i didn't like is that at this point this show normalize lying like isn't this supposed to be a kid show.
I liked this episode mostly because of Samg's animation (I mean, LOOK AT THAT QUALITYYYY) and also the fact that Marinette realized what she requested from Juleka was too much and kinda selfish and apologized for it. Poor Luka in this episode as well. He didn't deserve it. I'm glad everything got cleared up in the end with him and Marinette. I liked Juleka's new suit and how she was able to get sentences out that were audible. I'm proud of her. Overall, this episode was pretty good! :D

The first half of this episode just felt like everyone constantly shitting on Juleka; but then she got the best hero costume and a Kwami that's exactly what she desperately needs, someone to remind her she has a freakin' backbone. Also this may just have been me but Hawkmoths constant failure to find someone to Akumatize was one of the funniest things I've seen in this show.
Can I just say, I'm so happy we finally got a costume that actually hide's the wearer? Like Juleka's hero look is great and makes such a drastic change that I buy no one would figure out who she was; it's better then the previous holder which for me was Cat Noir, yes really, the messier hair, cat eyes and completely different attitude I feel is a decent enough disguise; everyone else... well sometimes it works and a lot of the time it really doesn't.
Well, I can buy Max and Alya. The Transformation changes their Looks *just* enough to make it difficult to recognize them. Especially in Pegasus' Case.
I feel so bad, Juluka’s friends did her dirty and it’s all Marinettes fault if you think about it. Her friends only used her and her birthday so that Marinette and Luka could be friends again, and of course Marrinette acted selfishly because she was too embarrassed. But I enjoyed this episode nonetheless, I loved the character growth for Juluka because she’s my favorite character. I hope we see more of her in the future!
You know the fourteenth webisode of Miraculous Secrets called "Friends" hinted that Marinette/Ladybug may give Miraculouses to all of her close circle of friends (Alya, Rose, Alix, Juleka and Mylène) throughout the course of the show and it was right. The only one of her friends that she hasn't given a Miraculous to yet is Alix, but we all know that she will at some point in the future as mentioned in the episode "Timetagger".
Far as I'm aware, Juleka's power is that of "clout," which I think is supposed to mean two separate things based on its definition. Clout is defined as "influence" but can also refer to a powerful punch. So when Juleka delivers her final blow and says "Mom, Dad, I'm sorry, but... talk it over instead of arguing," I *think* the implication is supposed to be that, along *with* the punch, her words have more influence, compelling them to listen to her. I don't know to what extent that could apply , but that's how I understood it and I felt that it made perfect sense given Juleka's personality and how difficult it is for her to request things of people.
I’ve noticed marinette has this thing where she assumes she knows what’s best for the people around her and acts on that assumption despite it being completely wrong like she assumed luka would be hurt being around her so she avoided him but she didn’t ask him if he wanted her to stop talking to him because it hurt his feelings and these kinds of people annoy me because your not a mind reader talk to someone about what they do or do not want you to do around them after a fight or a break up if your on ok terms and luka is so understanding he would have apretiaded her taking his feelings into account

Making Juleka tell her own brother not to come to their birthday party just because you're too much of a selfish wimp to talk to him yourself! How immature and cowardly!🙄
To be fair, while he didn't have much relevance to the episode, Cat Noir *was* saving all the citizens from the cannon balls falling from the sky the whole time he wasn't on screen. If only we had gotten at least a tiny scene showing him saving people it would've been fine.
Love that the friends celebrate Adrien not being able to come. Way to be good friends to a boy who barely gets to socialize outside of school. Not like he'd love to go to a birthday party for his friends.

Marinette was being ridiculous and unreasonable, but tbh, her other friends were also being unreasonable. Juleka and Luka's birthday was NOT an appropriate time for this issue to be resolved
The Couffaine/Stone family has the most interesting dynamic in the show, and I kinda wish Luka and Juleka were the main characters instead of Mari and Adrien. I would honestly watch an entire show with this family at the forefront.
While I'll admit the episode wasn't perfect, Purple Tigress was may favourite thing to come out of season four. Seeing Juleka being able to be more confident as a superhero (much like Marinette and Adrien do), get a character arc through her hero experience, and have the best costume in the series (in my opinion), she got the best day in the limelight out of all of Marinette's classmates.
Isn't there a HUGE plothole here? In "Truth", Mari and Luka seemed to be getting VERY close, and she seemed to be genuinely interested in him, almost kissing him in the cinema without a second thought. And the only reason they didn't end up together was because, being the guardian AND Ladybug, she was unable to commit to a relationship or telling him the truth. In this episode, everybody INCLUDING Marinette, claims she merely rejected him because she's just not interested (and in love with Adrien). She didn't think of Adrien ONE second in "Truth"!
Well actually she did sadly. On a phone call between Lukanette (wish they and ADRIGAMI were together more) she called him 'Adrien' yet Luka being well Luka smiled saying "My name is Luka." So yeah the writers' suck.

Juleka is so amazing design, theme, way she acted and character development. I want to see more of her and interactions with other heroes. Cat noir and purple tiger fusion would be awesome, also juleka using plagg she would have such a good design I know it
Maybe the issue is that Juleka’s friends don’t remember Jagged is her dad when they were present during Truth when Luka forced the information out of his mom. Smooth brain in Paris must be contagious.

Chat noir destroys things. Tigress basically pushes everything away into oblivion. If Chat tried to do what Tigress did he would have destroyed the liberty and captian hardrock would have fallen to her death. Not to mention they would still have to deal with Guitar Villain. Chat couldn’t have done anything this episode.

Marinette did say she felt guilty she was the reason why Luka was Akumatized twice and was too ashamed to face him. That makes a lot of sense, actually... Shame is a powerful emotion that makes you do stupid shit. As for the Tiger Miraculous, that style of bracelet is suuuuuuper common amongst goths, which Julika's style is a variant of goth. No one would bat an eye at it, especially in its camouflaged of being a black metal with a dark purple jewel that we see briefly before she transforms.
I just remembered who Luka reminds me of: William, from Code Lyoko. He comes in much later in the cartoon, is part of the team for an episode (before being kidnapped by XANA), and in Evolution he becomes the voice of reason for the group most of the time, while being some sort of third party wheel. The likeness is really uncanny at times.

Like, no it doesn't work that way, especially when we know that they hated each other so much that Anarka didn't even told them that who their dad is. I have a parents who don't speak to each other for years and every time I tryed to hint that it's very exhausting they snapped at me, sometimes even try to put some blame at me (I was child/tween at that point). I didn't even realize it was JULEKA when I saw the thumbnail and that's... really cool, actually. Finally, another alter ego that's not too obvious at first glance. I mean, the miraculous probably has some magic or whatever that hides their identity, but still, it's really nice seeing how this show is just so concerned about secret identities and such. Also, seeing as how she looks kinda tall and slender in the thumbnail, I didn't even think of a tiger at first...actually, the animal I thought of was something like...a ferret? Something like that. xD But yeah, agree on what he said on the video that this is the best costume, transformation and color scheme so far. The most eye catching thing about Juleka, to me, has always been her purple hair gradient, and having that be completely covered up in her hero form and instead making her eye color stand out more by moving her bangs make it better as a disguise. As for the name...I dunno, Purple Tigress just instantly reminded me of Amethyst's "Purple Puma" thing, which was her wrestling stage name, and another tiger themed character from some cartoon called "El Tigre." Don't have a problem it with actually, except that only purple thing on her alter ego is probably the top part of her hair.

Thomas reminds me of Yandere Dev. Man has admitted to basing Marinette on an ex gf he loved long ago. And the fact he makes her this obsessive stalker and infantilizes her and her friends, really grosses me out. It’s a bit concerning.
Exultation in this sense would be "raising the rank". The rank might be physical attributes such as or maybe just strength, so she would rank up in power for one go which would lead to the punch she preformed
First, I have never heard anyone feel bad for Gabe even sarcastically. Despite the chaos in this episode, I still think Luka is a good brother to Julika. Again, no one is perfect. I pictured gabe with a imaginary list that looks like this. So gang of secrets is out What is next? Truth Kagami is not here so the lies plan is out. Can I get Lady wifi? What episode will be next? Oh I know, let’s combine two of them. I hate to say this, but I cannot be the only one who said finally when Ladybug got knocked down by a heavy obstacle. Now you got a small glimpse of what Cat Noir goes through. I am glad he still kind of saved the day, but I still felt he was under utilized. Did they know Adrien was not going to be there, because they did not mention him once in regards to the party. Knowing Adrien, he may have tan away or cancelled the shoot to hang out with his friends. I agree with you about Julika just being the best transformation and costume of the entire show. Props to her for defending herself. Go Julika.
Marinette was really lovable at the start of the episode with her concern for getting Luka akumatized. By the end of the episode, I was just relieved that it wasn't IMPOSSIBLE to reconcile what I had just seen with Marinette being a good person. So that makes it a notch above Party Crasher, Animaestro and Ikari Gozen. I suppose it would be out of place if Marinette's disrespect for other people's boundaries never came up again, given that it was hammered into the ground in season 3. But I still didn't like seeing it.
Other names for Juleka could be Topaz or Amethyst. Thoses are simple and beautiful names plus they are stones. Amethyst have healing properties and chase negative energy. I like them! They are more creative than her actual heroine name too. Maybe a stone who represent her could be cool :D

15:10, the tiger miraculous is a Panjas bracelet. When Juleka was akumatised into Reflekta, the object the akuma possessed, was a Panjas bracelet. Juleka always wears a Panjas bracelet so her walking around with a camouflaged tiger miraculous, wouldn't arouse any suspicion, since she always wears one. No one would even notice. Kim on the other hand, has a circlet. That's a miraculous you can't walk around with
Could she actually just go around the city and make charms for all people? I didn't think it was like her lucky charm power up that she could only use once per transformation or that the charm only gave protection for a single emotion. It'd just be a really boring show if no one got akumitized because everyone was wearing a charm.
I feel like Luka is gonna figure out who Marinette is soon. Before the akumatizations she told him that she would talk to him later then afterwards when she told him to run away as Ladybug she told him the same thing and you can see he has this look of shock and questioning on his face. He might figure it out like Alya did with Nino. It also says Luka has been akumatized twice because of her. Once on Truth and I assume the second will be in Episode 5. I'm not sure if shes given him a pendant yet tho as this episode highlighted him almost getting akumatized but the akuma didn't get close enough for us to see if he was protected on not. Luka is also the holder of a Miraculous that deals with time and we know when dealing with time travel whats seen cant be unseen and it looks like heroes that deal with time have exceptions (Bunnix knowing everyone's identities) to knowing peoples identities. So yeah I think Wishmakers gonna be that episode where Luka finds out either CN or LB or BOTH of their identities.

Marinette was pretty annoying in this episode. But I’m glad that she at least understood that she was being selfish and apologized to Juleka and Luka. Tbh, I don’t think that she was properly thinking about Luka when she asked Juleka not to have him at the party because she was so overwhelmed, but the fact that she understood this at all and apologized definitely shows that she never meant to hurt anyone. It’s good that her and Luka became friends in the end for real.
Anyway, besides that…I really loved the development for Juleka’s character and how well Ladybug, Chat Noir, and Purple Tigress worked together this episode. Everyone pulled equal weight, which is needed in more episodes. Now we just have to wait for Wishmaker.

@gamers station Marinette should be called out when she does something wrong (which she herself did), but it was acknowledged in the episode that she was wrong, and she apologized for it. She understood that she wasn’t thinking about Luka at all and made Juleka realize that she didn’t have to do something that was both impossible and rude.

@@butterflyindisguise3838 I mean, in this case, the worst consequence you can get is maybe Juleka being angry or something and Luka feeling sad about Marinette not wanting him there (both of which happened, though Juleka was more stressed than angry). There isn’t really any long-term consequence for something like that, and it’s very easy to make up for the kind of mistakes she made in this episode. It’s kind of the equivalent of getting into an argument with your parents or something and apologizing for it later. It isn’t really impactful in the grand scheme of things.
Everyone that isnt Adrien, Juleka or Luka was kinda acting off this episode. Aside from that though, I loved this episode quite a bit.
I might not like the twin retcon, but the more Luka and Juleka the better.
Also purple tigress (even if she's not purple >:( thats a dark wine/magenta) is probably the best designed hero so far. The stripes being lace fabric adds so much to the look.

Marinette is 14 turning 15 in season four but Juleka turned 16, so if they kept Luka as an older brother, then he would’ve been 18, so it technically isn’t even legal to date each other.
so there was a retcon, but Luka’s age abs relation to Juleka was only stated by Thomas before Crocoduel

I was so annoyed about how dirty Juleka’s friends did her in this episode! Her literal best friends just went up and straight tried to use her own birthday as a way to get Marinette and her brother together. Guess her special day just doesn’t matter anymore. Not only that but Marinette having the AUDACITY to ask Juleka to uninvite her own BROTHER from THEIR birthday party at THEIR HOUSE!!!! Thank god she apologized because if she didn’t, I think I’d literally start to hate her forever. At this point I honestly think Juleka just needs to throw out all her friends and get herself some new ones! Regardless of this, she still manages to be amazing in this episode and I stan this queen 👑

The tiger miraculous is a panjas bracelet or a “slave bracelet.” Apparently it’s pretty popular with the “goth” culture which is right up Juleka’s alley. It’s obvious they designed the miraculous to match her design. Although, we’ve seen some of the miraculous change pretty drastically to match the personality of the wearer, even going as way as to change shape or the type of jewelry it is

Additionally, other miraculouses can minorly change shape between charged and camouflage mode, most notably the peacock miraculous which can often adds extra feather shapes to the miraculous when in camouflage mode. The mouse miraculous also slightly changes its shape depending on the wearer. If you look closely during Zoe’s transformation, the bee miraculous also takes on a slightly different shape when she’s wearing it. Not all miraculouses really have huge changes when they’re in camouflage mode, but based on what we’ve seen, we know it’s certainly possible. When I made that comment, I was mainly referring to the example of the monkey miraculous I mentioned above.

I think the name Violet Tigress would work better than Purple Tigress. Also, why don't this seasons new heros get to keep there Miraculouses? They aren't doxxed like everyone else was during the season 3 finale. It'd lift the burden off of Marinette and as long as the Optigami doesn't exist, they should be fine.
I can't tell if Marinette actually forgot or pretended to not know that Jagged was their dad because whatever tone she was speaking in it was in French, but she was probably pretending. Also, I'm glad that Shadow Moth was so irritated when it was taking him so long to akumatize people at the birthday party.
In Juleka's defense, she probably didn't tell Rose about her dad because she didn't want to burden her with her own problems since Rose has a lot to deal with already. It is actually pretty in character with her since she tends to try to stay quiet most of the time to not be a burden to others (she isn't but she clearly feels so).
Juleka made herself official best girl and Marinette lose a few or some points.

Poor Luka in this episode as well. He didn't deserve it. I'm glad everything got cleared up in the end with him and Marinette. I liked Juleka's new suit and how she was able to get sentences out that were audible. I'm proud of her. Overall, this episode was pretty good! :D

The first half of this episode just felt like everyone constantly shitting on Juleka; but then she got the best hero costume and a Kwami that's exactly what she desperately needs, someone to remind her she has a freakin' backbone.

Can I just say, I'm so happy we finally got a costume that actually hide's the wearer? Like Juleka's hero look is great and makes such a drastic change that I buy no one would figure out who she was; it's better then the previous holder which for me was Cat Noir, yes really, the messier hair, cat eyes and completely different attitude I feel is a decent enough disguise; everyone else... well sometimes it works and a lot of the time it really doesn't.
Well, I can buy Max and Alya. The Transformation changes their Looks *just* enough to make it difficult to recognize them.
Especially in Pegasus' Case.
I feel so bad, Juluka’s friends did her dirty and it’s all Marinettes fault if you think about it. Her friends only used her and her birthday so that Marinette and Luka could be friends again, and of course Marrinette acted selfishly because she was too embarrassed. But I enjoyed this episode nonetheless, I loved the character growth for Juluka because she’s my favorite character. I hope we see more of her in the future!
You know the fourteenth webisode of Miraculous Secrets called "Friends" hinted that Marinette/Ladybug may give Miraculouses to all of her close circle of friends (Alya, Rose, Alix, Juleka and Mylène) throughout the course of the show and it was right. The only one of her friends that she hasn't given a Miraculous to yet is Alix, but we all know that she will at some point in the future as mentioned in the episode "Timetagger".
I think it was said somewhere that Alix is getting the Rabbit Miraculous in the 5th season.

Far as I'm aware, Juleka's power is that of "clout," which I think is supposed to mean two separate things based on its definition. Clout is defined as "influence" but can also refer to a powerful punch. So when Juleka delivers her final blow and says "Mom, Dad, I'm sorry, but... talk it over instead of arguing," I *think* the implication is supposed to be that, along *with* the punch, her words have more influence, compelling them to listen to her. I don't know to what extent that could apply , but that's how I understood it and I felt that it made perfect sense given Juleka's personality and how difficult it is for her to request things of people.
I’ve noticed marinette has this thing where she assumes she knows what’s best for the people around her and acts on that assumption despite it being completely wrong like she assumed luka would be hurt being around her so she avoided him but she didn’t ask him if he wanted her to stop talking to him because it hurt his feelings and these kinds of people annoy me because your not a mind reader talk to someone about what they do or do not want you to do around them after a fight or a break up if your on ok terms and luka is so understanding he would have apretiaded her taking his feelings into account

To be fair, while he didn't have much relevance to the episode, Cat Noir *was* saving all the citizens from the cannon balls falling from the sky the whole time he wasn't on screen. If only we had gotten at least a tiny scene showing him saving people it would've been fine.

The Couffaine/Stone family has the most interesting dynamic in the show, and I kinda wish Luka and Juleka were the main characters instead of Mari and Adrien. I would honestly watch an entire show with this family at the forefront.

While I'll admit the episode wasn't perfect, Purple Tigress was may favourite thing to come out of season four. Seeing Juleka being able to be more confident as a superhero (much like Marinette and Adrien do), get a character arc through her hero experience, and have the best costume in the series (in my opinion), she got the best day in the limelight out of all of Marinette's classmates.
Isn't there a HUGE plothole here? In "Truth", Mari and Luka seemed to be getting VERY close, and she seemed to be genuinely interested in him, almost kissing him in the cinema without a second thought. And the only reason they didn't end up together was because, being the guardian AND Ladybug, she was unable to commit to a relationship or telling him the truth.
In this episode, everybody INCLUDING Marinette, claims she merely rejected him because she's just not interested (and in love with Adrien).
She didn't think of Adrien ONE second in "Truth"!
Well actually she did sadly. On a phone call between Lukanette (wish they and ADRIGAMI were together more) she called him 'Adrien' yet Luka being well Luka smiled saying "My name is Luka." So yeah the writers' suck.

Marinette did say she felt guilty she was the reason why Luka was Akumatized twice and was too ashamed to face him. That makes a lot of sense, actually... Shame is a powerful emotion that makes you do stupid shit.
As for the Tiger Miraculous, that style of bracelet is suuuuuuper common amongst goths, which Julika's style is a variant of goth. No one would bat an eye at it, especially in its camouflaged of being a black metal with a dark purple jewel that we see briefly before she transforms.
I just remembered who Luka reminds me of: William, from Code Lyoko. He comes in much later in the cartoon, is part of the team for an episode (before being kidnapped by XANA), and in Evolution he becomes the voice of reason for the group most of the time, while being some sort of third party wheel.
The likeness is really uncanny at times.

Next to Mari being selfish idiot and by poor baby Sunshine being neglected (what a suprise), I was so annoyed by how fast Jagged and Anarka made up after Juleka confronting them. Like, no it doesn't work that way, especially when we know that they hated each other so much that Anarka didn't even told them that who their dad is. I have a parents who don't speak to each other for years and every time I tryed to hint that it's very exhausting they snapped at me, sometimes even try to put some blame at me (I was child/tween at that point). So no, it's not that easy and please don't think it magicly will be. Anyways, thank you for coming to my ted talk.

I didn't even realize it was JULEKA when I saw the thumbnail and that's... really cool, actually. Finally, another alter ego that's not too obvious at first glance. I mean, the miraculous probably has some magic or whatever that hides their identity, but still, it's really nice seeing how this show is just so concerned about secret identities and such. Also, seeing as how she looks kinda tall and slender in the thumbnail, I didn't even think of a tiger at first...actually, the animal I thought of was something like...a ferret? Something like that. xD
But yeah, agree on what he said on the video that this is the best costume, transformation and color scheme so far. The most eye catching thing about Juleka, to me, has always been her purple hair gradient, and having that be completely covered up in her hero form and instead making her eye color stand out more by moving her bangs make it better as a disguise.
As for the name...I dunno, Purple Tigress just instantly reminded me of Amethyst's "Purple Puma" thing, which was her wrestling stage name, and another tiger themed character from some cartoon called "El Tigre." Don't have a problem it with actually, except that only purple thing on her alter ego is probably the top part of her hair.

Thomas reminds me of Yandere Dev. Man has admitted to basing Marinette on an ex gf he loved long ago. And the fact he makes her this obsessive stalker and infantilizes her and her friends, really grosses me out. It’s a bit concerning.
Exultation in this sense would be "raising the rank". The rank might be physical attributes such as or maybe just strength, so she would rank up in power for one go which would lead to the punch she preformed

I hate to say this, but I cannot be the only one who said finally when Ladybug got knocked down by a heavy obstacle. Now you got a small glimpse of what Cat Noir goes through. I am glad he still kind of saved the day, but I still felt he was under utilized.
Did they know Adrien was not going to be there, because they did not mention him once in regards to the party. Knowing Adrien, he may have tan away or cancelled the shoot to hang out with his friends.
I agree with you about Julika just being the best transformation and costume of the entire show. Props to her for defending herself. Go Julika.

To be fair with everything abotu Kitty Section, it seems to mostly be something crafted by Rose, and Rose has a very juvenille personality.
Marinette was really lovable at the start of the episode with her concern for getting Luka akumatized.
By the end of the episode, I was just relieved that it wasn't IMPOSSIBLE to reconcile what I had just seen with Marinette being a good person. So that makes it a notch above Party Crasher, Animaestro and Ikari Gozen.
I suppose it would be out of place if Marinette's disrespect for other people's boundaries never came up again, given that it was hammered into the ground in season 3. But I still didn't like seeing it.
Did Ladybug and Catnoir forget they have flight powers or can they only use them in the special movies.

Other names for Juleka could be Topaz or Amethyst. Thoses are simple and beautiful names plus they are stones. Amethyst have healing properties and chase negative energy. I like them! They are more creative than her actual heroine name too. Maybe a stone who represent her could be cool :D

15:10, the tiger miraculous is a Panjas bracelet. When Juleka was akumatised into Reflekta, the object the akuma possessed, was a Panjas bracelet. Juleka always wears a Panjas bracelet so her walking around with a camouflaged tiger miraculous, wouldn't arouse any suspicion, since she always wears one. No one would even notice. Kim on the other hand, has a circlet. That's a miraculous you can't walk around with
Could she actually just go around the city and make charms for all people? I didn't think it was like her lucky charm power up that she could only use once per transformation or that the charm only gave protection for a single emotion. It'd just be a really boring show if no one got akumitized because everyone was wearing a charm.
She can only create a charm for someone AFTER they've been Akumatised.

I feel like Luka is gonna figure out who Marinette is soon. Before the akumatizations she told him that she would talk to him later then afterwards when she told him to run away as Ladybug she told him the same thing and you can see he has this look of shock and questioning on his face. He might figure it out like Alya did with Nino. It also says Luka has been akumatized twice because of her. Once on Truth and I assume the second will be in Episode 5. I'm not sure if shes given him a pendant yet tho as this episode highlighted him almost getting akumatized but the akuma didn't get close enough for us to see if he was protected on not. Luka is also the holder of a Miraculous that deals with time and we know when dealing with time travel whats seen cant be unseen and it looks like heroes that deal with time have exceptions (Bunnix knowing everyone's identities) to knowing peoples identities. So yeah I think Wishmakers gonna be that episode where Luka finds out either CN or LB or BOTH of their identities.
