Love your tutorials. This is second time I have made this pattern into a prayer shawl. Works up fast and fabulous. Hint to others, if you start with a foundation chain, it is 6+2. I also take a pad and write down a short version of the pattern so I do not have to go back and forth on the video. I used Caron one pound , in sage ( looks like color he used in the beginning) with a 7mm hook. My shawl is 62 by 22 and one pound was enough. Hope this helps, happy hooking everyone😎

Love this pattern. Works up fast and is lovely. I made a prayer shawl out of this pattern and it came out fabulous. You have wonderful tutorials. I always start my work with a chainless foundation in stead of chaining. In case anyone wants to know the stitch count on this is 6+2, instead of 6+3. Thank you again so much for your time and talent.

i dont know why everyone always speaks of baby blankets like that. its like they all speak of newborns. yes it makes sense not to do holey for newborns. ive had 4 kids and they were never affected by my holey blankets when they were babies. lets clarify not critisize. i see this arguement everywhere. im super excited about this stitch. anything almost granny like is the one for me! thank you!

    Hi Fibi-Spidi!
Gorgeous stitch! Beautiful summer sweater over tank/cami or cardigan cover for summer dress.
Light bed cover for summer. Not sure about a baby blanket as it’s not very warm and the babies fingers and toes will get caught.

There are two kinds of increases in it, perhaps that will help you. I'm thinking the edge increase would suit you better for shaping.
