I wasn't even paying attention to the lifting until I saw standing ab wheel rollouts in the corner of my eye. The only time I've ever gawked at a Shethar lift or virtually any lift. Even without full extension of the arms/shoulders/spine that nonchalant tempo is a shocker to see. A feat that will get swept aside by the uninitiated.
Nasal only breathing cardio is MONEY. I usually do 3-4 miles of nasal only jogging the day prior to my secondary lower day and have seen that day EXPLODE (high bar in particular) in the months since I started adding in the cardio the day prior. Zone 3 cardio seems to have about 2 days of interference depending on how much I leaned into that zone 3 session. I strength train first thing in the AM after I get the kids on the bus and then run later in the day because it doesn't take as long and it's my secondary priority. I'm currently building into my strongest weight. I'm 6'2" and I started at a fluffy 220. I cut over 6 month to 198 and then I've been building about a .25lbs per week for nearly a year. I'm around 215 now and am stronger. faster, and more jacked then ever.
@@mossoconnor4417I mean even in the most quad dominated lifters they only are activated for a short time when you break the bar off the floor. I also assume most people are squatting to handle quads anyway. I was just wondering what accessories are best to focus on.
In terms of muscularity, they're great. The good morning is great for Hams and your ass, the main movers of the deadlift. Pendlay rows are also great if you don't forget the eccentric, and aren't jerking the bar up. A 2 count on the eccentric will go a long way.
500 sets a week you train 8 hours a day eat and sleep wake up and repeat
Anything over 480 sets per week is not recoverable
False 490 sets are optimal but they should all be lengthened partials in the shortest end of the range of motion

First for the info!
For the algorithm
Pendley Row and Good morning enough to build the muscular involved in the deadlift?
Probably depends how much you use quads in the deadlift

@samcrawford11 dude that’s not a pendlay row, the point is to explosively jerk it as hard as possible and just let us fall most of the way.
@@mossoconnor4417 Yeah that's correct. Great to see somebody who knows whats up
