Corvette C5Z06 giving issues to pass inspection! Hasn’t been driven in 3 years!

3 weeks ago I bought this 2002 C5 Corvette Z06. The car has been sitting in a garage for over 2 or maybe 3 years. The last time the car was last registered in 2019.
The car didn't had plates or anything to go for a far drive. But after driving it for 20 min very hard and stuff I knew it was a good car and has no oil leaks or anything either.
I did my routine check to make sure I'm doing a good investment. Bodylines everything was straight, the only thing I didn't do was getting it up on a lift to see below it.
I even took my ODB2 scanner and ran the codes and only ABS codes came up.

After failing the inspection 2x, Did my research and ordered Techron Fuel System Cleaner from Chevron: amzn.to/3mf9D22
After pouring the Techron in the gas thank and filled it to about 12 galons of 93 octane fuel I went for a long drive again on the freeway this time! And that's where the C5 finally past the inspection!

Gotta go to those small mom and pop shops for inspection! Lol. Not that I know where you even went to begin with. Those emissions systems issues are common after the car has sat and more specifically lost power entirely like from having a battery disconnected. Had the same issue in my old truck and had to drive it around. Should of had the same issue in my 1320 last year but for "some reason" it passed

Ohh ok ok I see. I never bought a car that sat that long or owned a car to sit much. So I didn't know that was a thing. I'm glad it passed. I was already thinking injectors or fuel filter or something worse. My Celica needs inspection soon. So let's see how that will go being RHD and older. But thay car had been driven 5 to 6 days a week.
