I know this is an old video but would you recommend Melbourne as a place for a 20/30-something to live? I've been offered the chance to move there for work from the UK but I've never been! Feel like I would miss Europe? Amazing videos - subscribed :)
Hi Edward, We would be very hesitant to recommend Kuala Lumpur in any way. We made vlogs on both KL and Singapore. Singapore is very much worth a recommendation, as this little country has a lot to offer, but then again it's not a cheap place to go. It should though be possible to visit Singapore on a budget. We had lunch several times at a Chinese foodcourt in downtown where a good meal was around 8 dollars. Not bad at all! Let us know if you have any other questions. We love to help fellow travellers! How would you compare Bangkok to Hanoi?Me and my wife just went to Bali, Singapore, and Thailand on honeymoon but are considering Hanoi soon.
Both Bangkok and Hanoi are amazing cities. If you can go to both. We were sad to leave BK after just three days as this place has so much to offer. In Hanoi we spent almost 10 days, which should tell you how much we like the city. It's such a unique place that you have to experience yourself to truly appreciate it. If you had to choose you should pick Hanoi as it is so much different than any other big cities in the world. If you have a week or more for this trip you HAVE to go to Sapa. You can take a night train from Hanoi to Sapa. :) Mm, Interesting place. Some people love big cities, some small - quiet, sunny, not high buildings, sea, mediterranean, olives, avocado, no spiders in the toilets , few snakes :D etc. . I love where I am, now . Always curious about how people feel about locations, vibes, emotions. Oh ! Regarding the watch, you can name and shame the hotel and let people know what to avoid in the future, if they have no interest to find who stole it. And there is more to do about it... A wine farm called Tokara in stellenbosch is also insanely beautiful and has some of the capes best wine. Hope that you guys enjoy
