      @@rawjan39 just focus on keeping it simple.
      There's lots of snake oil out there.
      I use my Pecos just like I bought it,and I get great results with lots of videos to show proof.
      The only modification I did was change the wood grate in the fire box.

      Thanks for watching!!! I like the wrap on beef ribs and roasts. They turn out pretty good. I don’t like wrapping pork ribs much.
