I appreciate it very informative, now I’m using both my Eliptical machine and stationary bike 6 days/week, My elliptical for 30mins of use with varying tensions records 300 calories and same amount of time on my stationary bike with varying tensions it records less than 200 calories, I’m not sure if that make sense but it toned my body and I loss weigh . Thank you
All good advice. However, for me at 70, a 3 to 5 mile walk each day is best for me. My speed is 3 miles per hour and one day is level, the next day is hills and levels. Works for me.
So i am severely overweight (currently 390.2 pounds) and i am not sure what is the better machine for myself. Would you have a recommendation for me? I only have access to my apartment's shared gym which has a stationary bike (seated only, i cant stand on the pedals even if i wasnt overweight), an elliptical machine, a treadmill, a bench, and a rack if dumbbells from 5 pounds to 60 pounds.
I’ll recommend starting with 10 minutes of walking and slowly progressing to 30 minutes in a span of 6-12 weeks. In the meantime, add 20 minutes of biking in addition to the slow progression of walking. Recommend starting with strength training, focusing on major groups. I have home strength training program under my home strength training playlist that will be perfect for beginners like you. Hope this helps. ruclips.net/video/MkiFGAMu_B0/видео.html
I am doing half hour of walk on Treadmill, half hour of eliptical and 15 minutes of cycling in gym for 5 days a week. Is this the right approach for a weight loss? I dont do weight lifting exercises
thats awesome. Remember exercise along with calorie deficit is important for weight loss. I would recommend even adding 15min of strength training twice a week
I cannot think of any reason why cannot use it. However it’s important to stay in your heart rate threshold. Recommend consulting with your doctor on what your threshold will be.

sir heart ke leye elliptical ya trademel best hai bataye plz
They both will strengthen your heart. You can probably do 2-3 days of elliptical and 2 days of treadmill
First weight then cardio or first cardio then weight ?
If you are looking for performance, then I recommend weights first followed by cardio
