I love San Francisco
However, why I wouldn’t invest in property in SF is due to the
Homeless, drug addicts and the mentally unstable, my wife and I we’re shopping in the Haight last night, I’m originally from the east coast, I’m use to seeing the underbelly of society
However, I’m 50 yrs old and I’d rather stay where
Homelessness
Drug addicts & the mentally unstable aren’t as prevalent in my neighborhood!!

Thanks for your comment. We have actually covered the mission in multiple videos. Yes, there are parts of the mission that are going through a very rough time and I agree it's hard to see that, but it still offers a lot. There are tons of great restaurants, the weather is great, it's walkable, but I agree it's not for everyone.
