I signed Oroz in my Deportivo la Coruña savegame for 5M. Never really got into using him, always stuck in the B Team or on loan, but eventually sold him for 20M to Athletic Club.

Armini has had some big changes in the last update. He was left footed, preferred to play in the right and was over 190 cm...now hes right footed and prefers to play on the left and only 186cm...still very good for the cost if you buy him right away
I hope Stevanovic grows into a serious player, is very talented and plays well. He is currently playing in the left wing position, has excellent dribbling.
Leadership doesn't affect current ability as much as you think. Several attributes doesn't affect current ability at all. For example aggression and natural fitness
If anyone needs a cdm have a look at Manuel ugarte from fenix Can get for around the £4 million mark but work permit is very unlikely unless the fee is 16.5 in England, unsure if it'll be different elsewhere
I wonder if you've seen any Chilean player in Europe. I'm talking about Gonzalo Tapia, Alexander Aravena or Luis Rojas, from Universidad Católica and Universidad de Chile, respectively. I'm asking this because I feel those 3 guys, plus Ureta and Joan Cruz, could be good players that would be cheap and with lots of potential to exploit. We can add Camilo Moya or Sebastián Galani to the mix, hell, even Julio Fierro could be playing at any European club. Well, at least developing lol. PS. Both Aravena and Rojas were scouted by big clubs on the last U17 World Cup hosted in Brazil. Rojas was supposed to go to either RB Leipzig or Augsburg after the tournament but the deal fall through. Same with Aravena, several Brazillian and European clubs were interested on his signature, but at the end of the day the two lads signed pro contracts with their respective clubs.

So I think this should factor into the Review of these Youngsters, i just don´t know how you would do it and not have it conflict with your criteria for this list.
I'd recommend Titouan Thomas and Pelayo Perez, both DLP's who are better at CDM. Pelayo Perez is one for the future with 5* predicted ability in my Southampton save and Thomas is my highest average rated player this season (3rd season) picked up both for 7m combined in my first season and Thomas is linked with a £175m move to Barcelona.

i know current ability and potential ability, but i've never heard the term potential rating. what exactly is this and where can i find it? i'm also curious about the distribution of a players attributes. is this written somewhere or just luck?
@@ZealandonYT i thought "potential rating" means how good a player will be on his best position when you train him as good as possible. but then you need to know which attributes he develops. but i never know which area a player will develop. is the basic distribution somewhat written in the database? if "potential rating" doesnt account future developpement, shouldnt it be called "current rating"?
Had a similar problem mate - you’d have to have a save where you enable the Brazilian leagues in order to view him (hes not classed as a key player so if you search flamengo without having a medium/large database youll only see a few players) hope this helps - you can add new leagues in the season but will have to wait til the next season for them to enable - i suggest starting a new save to get him cheapest instead of waiting for him

I van recommend Herman Geelmuyden. You can get him on a free in half a year and turns out to be a pretty good player for a non-top team.
