In this video I wanted to try and set up a foundation for beginners and go over some MUST KNOW half guard principles. The half guard is a great position for beginners and advanced alike.
IT is an easy guard to learn and it is very functional. If you follow some key steps in the half guard it is easy to implement.

Perfect man, as a white belt it is really helpful for a high level run through to open up options to build on. Most instructional are aimed at a higher level and where I also get value out of a half hour video on one move, I think this type of content adds value to the genre by helping build a bit of a mind map in a certain position
