Jiwoong's tone of voice is so interesting and so different. To me if he gets the right lines in the song he can leave a lasting impression. For me this album was no skip. Maybe I'm biased bc of watching boys planet
I loved his lines and his tone is so nice.. so disagree about his lines
His voice is so unique and special. It sounds even better live. 😊
-to me his voice is great but maybe because some of his lines are in English it might sound different.
@danimonique8824 yeah of course the pronunciation would make his voice sound different in English but he has plenty of time to work on that. I love his voice

I think Ricky is inspired by rnb. He has mentioned in a written interview he wants to cover cracks of my heart by Eric benét and has mentioned silk sonic in the past. to me I think he knows where his strengths are as a vocalist.

My exact reactions to the all the Adlibs and harmony, so refreshing to have singers SINGIN on the track you should watch the live stage performance so you can see all who sings what when it comes to harmonies and adlibs

Theres going to be a lot of drum&base/uk garage kpop songs this year.
I think jiwoong has very nasal placement where you prefer more open sound.

And I is definitely my fave song on the album, but I love Hao's solo too. I saw someone on twitter say that ZB1 makes girl group songs, and I feel like that is so true. All of their songs, I could hear a girl group sing, which is why I think I like them so much (not that I'm not a bg stan) 😅

Didn’t watch the show at all or really pay attention to the teasers and their vids but Zang Hao definitely has that star quality something in his eyes is a little different 👀
-I really liked the album actually my favorite songs are “and I” “back to zero base “ for a debut it was great. I’ve also been watching their live performances and their vocals are sooo good
This song sounds like a 2nd generation Kpop song, even the refreshing concept of the song gives me 2nd gen vibes (kind of reminds me of Teen Top). I don’t know this group, but the chorus of the song is super catchy & the dance is easy but fun. This song will definitely be popular (especially in this TikTok dance era).
also lemme just say that the music video DID NOT do justice for how gorgeous this song and this choreo actually are. i already liked In Bloom, but after watching their showcase performance i can easily say that it’s my favorite group sound from a Mnet survival show

You said it's a breath of fresh air for a boy group to have such a refreshing debut. You've already reacted to BND who also had a refreshing debut. Did you feel that they were equally refreshing or do you feel one is more than the other? Personally, I feel they are about the same level of freshness, but BND felt a little brighter and ZB1 feels a bit more chill. With so many fresh concept girl groups debuting and doing well last year, I wonder how many of the boy groups left to debut in 2023 will also walk the fresh path.
Yeahh this is a softer more chill vibe for sure.
We talk about wakeone here... this is one of the best mv they could have cause we know kep1er mv are so bad.. they did amazing and its a debut mv so please... 6.5 is insane lol

So please keep it honest never afraid to keep your opinion and change for other. ❤
