@@calisthenicsindia8498 I am not a master but I think is a good suggestion to tell you to start with uneven pull ups, do uneven pull ups and progressively extend your "other" arm from workout to workout with patience, don't force things too much but don't be too comfortable during your workouts and you will get it, also maybe do archer/one arm bodyrows to help build one arm strength

Hey Simon please upload more frequently at fixed intervals like on your Instagram, your channel has a lot of potential for growth and become pretty successful instead of being a hidden diamond in a pile of rubble called the internet, you have a lot of knowledge and experience in the field not to say about your amazing skills, I hope you will listen to my advice. Good luck.

He is the best no doubt ..even his explosive pushups like the double and triple claps are in perfect form....he is totally unmatched as compared to others that i have been seeing.props!!Many people are just concerned with progressing that they forget the technique and end up having poor mastery at the cost of appearing cool.

During the pseudo planche push-ups are you staying protracted at the bottom or allowing the scapula to naturally retract? I never know the correct way to do the bottom portion.

Try to make sure your arms touch your sides and go directly behind (elbows don't flare at all)
I found that the flaring while diamonds really increases and it hurt for me too, but when I tucked in tight and kept arms as said so it fixed
      All the best!
