Hi my teacher I hope someone answers my cry. Make a video on injuries realated to knee region and ways to recover . A video on ways to rehab after injuries will be a great topic please . And Archer pullups tutorial . The is not even one Archer pullups tutorial on yt 😭.
@@calisthenicsindia8498 I am not a master but I think is a good suggestion to tell you to start with uneven pull ups, do uneven pull ups and progressively extend your "other" arm from workout to workout with patience, don't force things too much but don't be too comfortable during your workouts and you will get it, also maybe do archer/one arm bodyrows to help build one arm strength
Hey Simon please upload more frequently at fixed intervals like on your Instagram, your channel has a lot of potential for growth and become pretty successful instead of being a hidden diamond in a pile of rubble called the internet, you have a lot of knowledge and experience in the field not to say about your amazing skills, I hope you will listen to my advice. Good luck.
He is the best no doubt ..even his explosive pushups like the double and triple claps are in perfect form....he is totally unmatched as compared to others that i have been seeing.props!!Many people are just concerned with progressing that they forget the technique and end up having poor mastery at the cost of appearing cool.
I’m new to your channel. Ridiculous strength. And absolutely beautiful form on some of the toughest push up variations. Thanks for your video. 🔥🔥🔥 Let’s stay connected.
During the pseudo planche push-ups are you staying protracted at the bottom or allowing the scapula to naturally retract? I never know the correct way to do the bottom portion.
I love explosive and triple-clap push-ups,they are more funny to do but when i try elevated gymnastics rings push-ups and chest flye push-ups with rings,i feel more on my core and more pump on my chest muscles.
Try to make sure your arms touch your sides and go directly behind (elbows don't flare at all) I found that the flaring while diamonds really increases and it hurt for me too, but when I tucked in tight and kept arms as said so it fixed All the best!
@@kickmonlee3390 Dude. This isn't muscle soreness pain. Normally your elbows should be ok after doing pushups. This guy needs medical assistance not damaging it even more.
The Planche GOAT spitting straight facts.
Hey daniel.
Your front lever tutorial helped me out a lot.

Haha nicely said, your also a great teacher Daniel I learnt a lot from you, thanks.

simon is just so chill
Hey Simon, i request you to make Pull Up variations and how to progress
do you recommend doing a push up with the fingers pointing backwards, does it help biceps?
I’m new to your channel. Ridiculous strength. And absolutely beautiful form on some of the toughest push up variations. Thanks for your video. 🔥🔥🔥 Let’s stay connected.
Let me place it in a simple manner..
They are not that easy as it looks like.
so so clean
I subscribed. But I still cant do a full planche.
🤸♂️
all I can say is thank you bro! ❤💪🏾
3:30 pseudo planche push ups
During the pseudo planche push-ups are you staying protracted at the bottom or allowing the scapula to naturally retract? I never know the correct way to do the bottom portion.
For me the cleanest push up on the planche is hitting the chest to the ground and the body perfectly straight
I hurt my shoulder doing archer push ups with a form that was not that great =/
What do you do if you're shoulder dominant in all push up variations? Is there a "fix"?
Pushups on middle of the road. Cool 😮!
Yo this is nearly identical to my push-ups video. No joke!
I'm late but welcome back simonster
Been waiting for your videos from long time😀😀
thank you,
hopefully i can do more push up regularly with correct form and getting stronger.
thank you
Did you just gain 20k subs in one day
Good to see that you're practising social distancing as well Simonster!
It's easy in Australia!
so clean , monster (flex) (y)

How do you deal with wrist and arm inflammation from pushups, planche and most ground skills? Maybe suggestion for another video :)
What is best ??slow push ups or fast push ups????
Dynamic pushups build more strength. How else are you gonna get to clapping handstand pushups?
Amazing💥👍
Can you do like an advanced or intermidiet video of push ups?
Hey man, great work!
Could you do a stretching tutorial?
🙏🏾🙏🏾
I think Simonster has explained all there ever needs to be explained here regarding pushups
3:40,
Awesome
Hey simonster when you planche don't you fear to tear biceps
How to prevent that?
Proper warm up, don't skip the basics, stretch after the workout, conditioning and master every progression before moving to the next one
The joints need more time to recover as compared to the muscles. So use enough rest
Can you make a video on which techniques are best to learn together
good stuff bro
Bro make a video how to reduce fat between arm and chest at home
Legend in portuguese, please. 🖤🖤🖤💪🏽
Did I see a car coming towards him while he's pushing ?
Well did i get a ad from simonster on this video? YES
Your form amazes me every time I witness it. So much to learn.

Your videos are pure gold 👏👏👏

Thank you❤️
Good good!
I stopped trying to perform the diamond push ups because I always feel pain on my elbows when I do it.
I always say where there is pain there is room for gain

Maybe check ur pecs for flexibility. They could be torqing ur upper arm and causing the pain in ur elbow. If not, check with a skilled physiotherapist
How long have you been practicing calisthenics?
He has said somewhere about 17 years.
@@danielgupta9374 2 years more than my age
@@mihirpadhye4067 nice one!
NEVER LOCK OUT ARMS!
Why? The planche hold is with arms fully extended so when you do planche pushups you should be doing full range of motion
wtf? i'm outta here
I can hold a 90 degree bent arm planche for sometime, but I can’t push myself back up to a full planche for some reason.
You'll need the full planche to achieve that
