    Very impressive. During the pandemic that was my routine. I bought a pull up bar and mounted it to my wall.
    Alternate grip( each hand) - Close and wide grip
    Behind the neck pullups
    Wide grip pullups
    Close grip pullups
    Wide grip chin ups
    Close grip chin ups
    Salute

      Usually when I do pull ups I stick to regular palm forward grip for lots of reps. You inspired me to put in the effort to switch the grips in one session🙏🏾💪🏾Impressive!

      this is just a tip, but behind the neck pullups dont give you any benefits to regular pullups

    I don't want this comment to sound rude or anything, but I think your progress in pulling and gripping strength would improve even faster if you go all the way down on each rep and avoid kipping with your feet. If I heard that right, you train for ninja, and you probably don’t always need a full range of motion in parkour, but it would still build more strength. Of course, this is still very impressive. I’m not trying to take away from your achievement, but I believe focusing on full range of motion could enhance your strength even more.

      Good form? No, his form is barely good enough, but he still relies on leg drive and partial range of motion in his elbows. And it's not because of fatigue, it's because of bad habits, from the start.

    Impressive! Do you use FitBeast hand squeezers to build strength in forearms? I love all those different pull-up handles. How many minutes/seconds can you hang from the bar?

    Is it possible to do pullups with a bone fracture maybe without your hands just something something a rope or strap or an arm wrap tied to your arms so you pull your self more from closer to elbow instead of the arm?

    Bro is shredded so I hesitate to say this, but, Mr. Shrestha, respectfully, you may wish to improve on your form- specifically, keep your legs together and keeping legs still, when doing pullups.
    But you are in better shape than I am and you did a good job and I enjoyed the video.

    I think you should decrease your numbers to about 7-8 so you don’t have to break but solid work regardless

      @@Orphanninjad yeah brother you’re very strong but if you wanna do it unbroken there’s nothing wrong with doing a realistic number whatever number you may think that is for you because the rest time is short and 10s would be tough for many of us. For me I think I would keep it around 6-7 max

    Good! How much do you weigh? Can that black straps on bar hold your weight or safety issues? Where can I purchase those different hand grips or any purchase link?

      I do climb but I think my grip got stronger after I started weightlifting and Calisthenics and definitely lot of pull-ups 👍 💪

      Thank you! I would say do strengthening training to get the strength and try to do max rep of pull-ups every time you do your back workout ! I would even suggest to do 2 back days a week for couple months! Hope it helps 👍

    yeah but the form is bad, don't kick, spreading the legs like that is also a common mistake. Doesn't matter if u've done 100 reps the form needs to be always the same and always as clean as possible, i also use this kind of grips and i do 100 reps or so each session but i take more minutes of rest u should try with some minutes between the reps
