I've always wondered if the signal would work through the case lid.

      Unfortunately, it does not work.

Can I use this with 230v ac and/or 24v dc? What parts need to be replaced, if any?

This case is designed to work with the US version of Starlink. The electrical ports will not work if your system is running off of 230V AC or 24V DC.

Do you have a Gen 3 version?

Yes, it is a very similar case but fits the Gen3 dish. Check it out at SavageUTV.com

What wire size do you recomend connecting on a rzr?

    • @savageutv

It depends on how long the wire is. Google “choosing the right wire size DC” and there is a great chart showing you how to select the correct gauge.
