Aquí les comparto el proceso de esta peluca. Mi cliente me solicitó coletas desmontables, que fuera un poco más larga y lo demás a mí criterio. Me mandó una peluca lacia y otra de 2 clip on, la teñí con RIT Dyemore para los degradados y con aerógrafo (mención especial para Yancy Escalante quien me hizo este maravilloso regalo que estrené con este proyecto) los detalles negros con tinta de Sharpies y alcohol isopropílico, también gracias a Pedro por ayudarme con la asesoría.

Alastors hair is similar to may hair, minus the red and sticking up bits (basically deer ears).

Thank you I always wanted to cosplay as Alastor and the thing I was worried about the most was his hair and for people who don’t really wanna air spray (I forgot what it was called) the bottom part on I’m pretty sure there’s a wig on arda that is very accurate to the color of his hair! I’ve been wanting to work on my Alastor cosplay for the longest time just never got the time or money to do it now that I saved and getting the wig and everything I thought well shit I have no idea how I’m gonna do the “ears” on top and this helped thank you!

The first bottle of Paint Is RIT Dyemore (for synthetic fabrics) and the second you can see its a black sharpie (mixed with isopropilic alcohol for the airbrush)

Tengo mucha curiosidad respecto a los degradados con aerógrafo. Ojalá pudieras hacer un tutorial recogiendo algunas preguntas en redes primero 🙈

Holi, está fue la primera vez que use aerógrafo, nunca he hecho degradados pero debe haber tutoriales por aquí en YT. Y lamentablemente no todos mis clientes me mandan sus fotos, las que llego a compartir en mi Instagram es cuando son conocidos o me etiquetan. De hecho esta en particular no supe si ya hizo el Cosplay mi cliente, fue hace rato ya :'O
@@TayHG oh, mil gracias por contestar. Tengo la duda básica de qué proporción de alcohol poner 🤔 y si se despinta (ya que para el proyecto que quiero hacer sería mejor que no lo hiciera). He estado buscando más sobre esto de aplicación con aerógrafo pero no mucho por ahora (encontré un par de lives de bakkacosplay pero son de 50 min jaja habrá que checar si da tips).
@@CherryNah La verdad no vi tutoriales y lo hice calando de a poco. Cómo ves en el vídeo use marcadores permanentes y alcohol isopropilico de 90% pero al echarle spray y tocarlo si se me mancharon los dedos, no creo que haya algo totalmente indeleble. Busca en inglés hay muchos, es airbrush gradients for Wigs o algo así :) y si no, la vieja confiable de hacer pruebas por ti misma, sin miedo al éxito 😅 no creo tener el conocimiento suficiente para hacer un tutorial sobre esa técnica aún 😔

Pues de hecho yo nos las compré, me las envió mi clienta 😋 pero era una de 80cm lacia y otra de coletas despontables, fusioné las dos, hice cortinas extras y se las agregué a los clips 👌

Eran una peluca lacia de 80cm y otra con coletas ondulada, corté la peluca larga para hacer cortinas y meterle más volumen 😜

Hi! I think is possible to dye and cut human hair like this, but the "ears" part will depend on the thickness and texture of your own hair, but not even the wig had enough, but maybe you can get something similar, you should ask a profesional hairdresser 🤔

Well yes, after so many people asked for a tutorial, i will post it next month, but since my channel is in spanish, the audio won't be in english sorry :') i hope someone can help with subtitles :P
